I have never owned a coffee maker. I've owned 2 French presses in my adult life (started w/ IKEA but leveled up to Bodum...tho the IKEA was totally satisfactory). Things like French presses and moka pots are still quite popular today and I feel people who are passionate about their coffee are almost making the move back to these types of "technology" because of their control & ability to produce superior flavor. Tho I'm no coffee aficionado I do love the simplicity and flavor, it doesn't take up but the space of a mason jar and perfect for singles or couples.
Thank you for the feedback, but I'm going off the definition "not involving or relating to the use of computer technology, as a contrast to a digital counterpart." I don't think "mechanical" evokes the right thing.
@@LunationLab yes but analogue is powered and can also use batteries. I think you want to say is just "anything not 'modern' digital" ... because you also seem to have just some mechanical equipment on your list, etc....
