Litsa, that is a nice idea. I am expanding on it for my lot. I will put gratitudes in for things with my husband and my offspring. Then, when I make their Advents, I will add one as a little note surprise with their other little goodies. I think it will be a nice way to share them and spark memories of our year. Reading - always read a night but added Audible to my crochet time and love it. Getting out and moving every day. Making more family time. Loving adding things gradually.
I enjoyed your video. I have a JOY JAR but have to dust it off and bring it out again. What wonderful reminder! Thank you. Have a wonderful week. Lynn aka Lynnpenguin 🇨🇦
Hello Litsa! Gratitude jar!! I have heard of a gratitude journal and have always wanted to do one, but somehow it doesn't take presidence and maybe it should. I do have a lot to be grateful for! I too love the summer sunshine. Winters are hard for me... Thank you for this series! We need to take care of our body, mind and soul!!!😊
Hello Litsa I hope you are well. I have had a gratitude jar for many years and you are so right, if you are having a bit of a stressful day or things don’t seem to be going right then dipping into that jar helps you think about all the things you have been grateful for and it helps you through those times. Take care ❤❤
The jar is another good idea. Start each day off with a thought of thoughtfulness. Today I woke up to a warn home. It’s freezing 🥶 outside, still no snow though.
Hi Litsa! I finished the book i started🙂 and have started a new one that has been sitting next to me watching me🙄😁. What a lovely idea with the jar. Think I'll crochet a cover for it, lol. Take care!❤
Hi Litsa, another way of saying daily tasks is 'daily rituals'. I understand about not finding enough time. It is actually scary how the days go so fast ❤❤❤
Hi Litsa! I have been writing in my 5-Minute Journal, a book that is designed to help find gratitude. Though lately I have had trouble writing at all because of the distractions and challenges with the fires in Southern California. You have inspired me to begin again. Thank you!💝
Hi dear Litsa, Audio books are not for me unfortunately, my mind seems to wander and I miss a lot of the story but the physical books I find I can curl up with and become part of it, I'm not sure if that sounds silly but I guess I'm just set in my ways. A lovely idea to have a gratitude jar, I'm definitely going to put one in my craft room to help me realise on tough days and tough times that I do have a lot to be thankful for. Big hugs and love my friend 🫂❤️
Having an attitude of gratitude makes the day better all the way around!❤❤❤
