R.I.P. Explore Lucid Dreaming So much fun and so helpful. I enjoyed this channel alot while it lasted. Going to very miss his talks about lucid dreaming and his "16 minute techniques" aswell as his bad, but actually fun animations. I don't hate him for going for the more successful channel, but I certainly will miss the him.
@SAS Save a Senior I mean looking in the comments before you watched the whole video is bound to give spoilers no matter what video with atleast 500 comments
Please come back. One or two years ago, I watched your channel, I tried to lucid dream, it didn’t work so I gave up. One or two years after that I tried to do it again. I watched all of your videos and one night I finally lucid dreamed! It was amazing. Your videos helped me have 7 lucid dreams! Please come back.
i hope he will come back to this channel. me and so many people were motivated to lucid dream just from hearing him talk about it. i respect if he doesn't want to but still, he cant just leave us hanging like this :(

@@synd9554 let's just hope that this fame doesn't stop him in future to post lucid dream videos (maybe he's just busy in creating videos for the other channel) have to understand their pain as well
Initially the concept was introduced to us as “it’s a really vivid dream, here are all the steps you need to do it.” This channel gave the true definition of a lucid dream, “a dream where you know you’re dreaming, so becomes lucid” I have been told I need all these fancy steps in order to do it. Yet this channel shows it’s more simple than it seems. I’ve done it successfully about 6 times now (and I’ve been getting better at it), in fact last night was the first time we didn’t slip back into a regular dream. This channel is telling the truth, you guys, and I’d even call this guy a life saver. Sadly he doesn’t post anymore, but there’s plenty of information here that will get you straight into it. Remember “Explore Lucid Dreaming,” everyone.
I'm not surprised afterall Beluga is currently one of the fastest growing channels . But I still wanted him to interact with us in the community posts :-/
i don’t blame him for leaving this channel but i’m still sad it feels like he just went "this one bigger so better" and left this community behind i loved this channel but hate beluga
He is a young guy so he probably lost interest. Lucid dreaming is pretty lame so I’m amazed how dedicated he was to it. But really there’s nothing else to say that others haven’t said. There’s resources on how to lucid dream all over the internet and there’s even books dedicated to it. He has moved on to better stuff and this channel’s fanbase helped Beluga become what, THE fastest growing channel ever? So at least there’s that.
i would like to say that this channel motivates me, and keeps me going way more compared to beluga. I barely watch beluga, in fact I'm not even subscribed to that channel. i find my self not even clicking on beluga videos but instead find myself watching this channels videos for the 4th time. this channel is where its at, it actually teaches you something so great, so amazing. it teaches you that you brain is such an amazing thing and you should use it and not abandon it. it teaches you that every day you live isn't the fullest you can do, how you can do even more that what you think. how you can look forward to the end of the day. it just sound so much better of a youtube channel then "discord mods find out women is in discord dm's". i feel beluga doesnt really teach you much of anything. idk if its because you lucid dreamed too much and now you have no energy for this channel. i really hope you come back, i still love you as a creator and i really want to watch more youtube vids of you. stay safe.
I miss the simpler times when I would come home from school and try a new technique. There is no other stronger feeling then the accomplishment of having a lucid dream. This channel help boost my confidence in myself. I will always remember this channel and will miss it dearly. Just press F to say goodbye. You will be missed 😔
This video was posted 3 moths ago…I remember watching your videos last Christmas, even this summer, you made me feel better and informed me a LOT about lucid dreams and dreams in general. Thank you. Ik you are now more focused on your Beluga channel because it’s more popular, but may you post here too? I miss those times…

If I'm being honest, I started tearing up because this is so beautiful and well made, one of your best videos by far. Thanks for this amazing video eld!

i’ve just had my first ever lucid dream and it only lasted a few seconds. i was amazed though. my hand had blue wavy lines that made my fingers disappear. i tried to create a portal (when in reality i should have further steadied the dream) and of course i woke up. it was amazing.
Hey eld, I don’t know when or if you’re gonna make another lucid dreaming video, but I just wanted to say thank you. You’ve helped me and thousands of other people learn such a cool and unique skill. I used to dread going to sleep because I thought sleep was just a waste of time. Now I go to bed excited to enter a lucid dream. I get you now have beluga which has around 10 million subscribers or something like that, but remember that you still have a huge community for this channel. This wasn’t just a lucid dreaming channel. I loved these videos, they were fun to watch, and it was about a cool skill. I enjoyed these videos because they were actually entertaining. I don’t watch any other channels about lucid dreaming because this is the best one. I really hope you come back one day man. If you don’t, than I wish you the best of luck.

i tried one day to introduce to my class about lucid dreaming, but they just, didn't believe me. hopefully one day they will find your channel and learn about that!
I had the most vivid lucid dream 2 nights ago. It was more realistic then real life. I could feel everything, like the wind blowing in my face as I was flying. The ground beneath my feet when I landed. I ate food that tasted better than it does in real life. If you are currently reading this and you are at the beginning of your lucid dream journey, you will start to lose motivation after about two weeks of practicing. But NEVER GIVE UP. It took me a A YEAR to have my first lucid dream. And yes, I felt like giving up so many times. But when I had my first ever lucid dream, it was the best thing I'd ever experienced. If you are about to give up, I assure you, you will regret it severely. Just trust me on this one, lucid dreaming is the most amazing skill a human can learn to do.
Last nighth I had a dream I got on a train that went 239 mph and it lifted into the air and I was flying through air yelling "WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO" and i was acting like I ate the clouds when I went through them😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆

I miss this guy. A few months before beluga came into existence, I found this channel, and immediately got interested in lucid dreaming. This channel helped me learn how to learn lucid dreaming, and how to master it, but then beluga came, and now he’s focusing on his main channel, I hope you come back.
I don’t know why but this made me feel emotional, it’s appealing to me having the thought of having no worries.. Just me and my safe places, no stress or anxiety. God I want to have a lucid dream so bad.
I had my first lucid dream, and it was weird but amazing. I was switching between third and first person, as well as my inner monologue was there. I couldn’t control everything but it was still fun!
I also have had my first lucid dream! Before I was lucid, I had a weird email about a card game in the dream. I can't remember why, but it was confusing how it worked. Then, I realised I was dreaming (and said "I am dreaming" in my head) then... I woke up. I was only lucid for 0.5 seconds but it's still my first lucid dream!
Hmm I wouldn’t say that’s a lucid dream. That’s just realizing you’re dreaming and then waking up. But lucid dreaming is not that great, trust me. Sure it’s worth trying if you want to, but you don’t have actual sensations or anything and you don’t have total control over what happens.
@@christiangasior4244 also sometimes you do it just depends on the lucidity of the lucid dream and you need to do a few things to make it more lucid, so that you get more control.
Hey, I just want to say thank you, you always keep me in the mood to lucid dream but every time I see your name on my recommended I remember the best dream I have ever had with the help. I FINALLY HAD A LUCID DREAM!! It was hard though, because i'm a kid who does not have a phone and has their bed up high, so no electronics on overnight, but I DID IT! So, I was in my school, and i went to the bathroom, but it was somehow in the class. I overlooked that, but not the boxes in there (we have a room in there that has those boxes). So, when I got out, I looked at my right hand, not realizing that i was doing a reality check. It was fine, but my left hand had an extra pinky finger, so I looked at my right hand again, and now it had four fingers, each with sharp claws at the end. So then, for the rest of my dream i tried to summon a banana. I hadn't even realized I teleported home. And when I woke up, I went back to sleep and had more normal dreams.😁 And that is my lucid dreama story
I’ve tried Lucid dreaming for 4 years now, today while I was sleeping I had my first lucid dream, thank you sir ELD/Beluga, ima miss you so much. Please come back to this channel so others can try this🙁
After watching many of your videos, I've come to realise that I may have been experiencing some kind of dream states without knowing it. It happens to me when I'm watching TV. I start to doze off. I close my eyes and can still hear the TV, all of a sudden the sounds translate into images which are so vivid I forget my eyes are actually shut. My mind makes up a movie based on the sounds it Hears. When I open my eyes I realise my eyes were shut the whole time. What kind of dream state is that?
This is awesome. Not just the video, but this community around. It shows, I suppose, that we humans need deeper commections with our inner self. The most unexplored space is that within us. Cheers and joy to all of you guys. Love from Prague
Hi, I know youre not uploading anymore but I wanted to thank you for your videos. I had my first Lucid dream last night thanks to your videos. I really just wanted to say thanks. Your second channel is also great 🐱🐱🐱
I think I lucid dream. Sometimes I have incredibly realistic dreams, but when I try wake up I can’t. It’s slightly scary at first, but I usually forget when I explore the world. Sometimes I can change it, other times not.
the song just made me realize not everything in life is meaningless sometimes you just got to take a look into the world and not always focus on one thing in life sometimes you just got to breathe and spend as much time doing the things you want to do because every second counts
This is where the videos end... If you made it this far without luck, don't give up. It's possible- I can attest to it. I will give you a few tips. -if you cannot remember to do reality checks, do them whenever you think of lucid dreaming. If you think about if often enough like I do, you will be doing the checks regularly. I started this and had 3 lucid dreams in less then a week, while previously I had 2 spread out over a year. If you have one, you think of it more often. You think of it more often, the more reality checks you may do. The more checks, the better your odds. It's a self feeding cycle that may help. -Don't fear sleep Paralysis. It could just be me, but when I encounter sleep Paralysis it goes away after three seconds of me not trying to move. This may not work for you, but for me the key is to remain calm and simply wait. It will end quickly enough that way. No sleep paralysis demons required. -Don't fear nightmares. Fearing nightmares is what's going to cause them. Don't think about it too much in reality, and you won't think about it in a dream. If you do have one, I created an "emergency plan" just in case. 1: turn and fight. Theoretically, whatever is causing a nightmare is only as scary as you are scared of it. The solution is to fight it. By being brave enough to fight it you're not only giving yourself a way to defend yourself, but shrinking the scary-ness of a nightmare. 2: Suicide. For once, the easy way out may be the best way out. Generally, dying in dreams tends to wake you up. So if you can't fight against your fears, abort the dream, most easily via death- fling yourself off a cliff and let simulated gravity do the rest. Close your non-existent eyes and run headfirst into the danger. Create a sword or gun and use it against yourself (though If you have the control to do this, I recommend using it to fight the nightmare instead) -Spinning in circles. So you have learned how to enter a lucid dream, faced sleep paralysis and won, and conquered nightmares. Now, how do you make it last longer then 30 seconds? The first part involves realizing when your dream is ending. For me, sound becomes muffled and everything darkens. In extreme cases, I lose sight and feeling of my body, which transitions seamlessly into a brief bit of sleep paralysis. If you experience the above or have your own "symptoms", try spinning in circles, and rubbing your palms together. I am not entirely sure how, but this seems to "stabilize" dreams so they don't end right then and there. Sometimes, it takes several tries to keep you in, and other times it doesn't work at all, but it's better then nothing. That's all. If you want more information, feel free to ask.
@@Al-Mutanabbi to be honest, they are short as I only just started. still, I will share what few stories I have. It all started when I was around 8 or 9. I was in a black, empty void. "wait, this is a dream" I thought to myself. I woke up. I went about my day as usual, later remembering that one time as being weird, but mostly forgetting it. Eventually, I stumbled on a video discussing it. I thought it was cool, but almost unbelievable. almost. I held onto that one time when I was 8 or 9, the one thing that perhaps verified what was said to me. I was determined to have a lucid dream again, only this time not purely by accident. A year went by. I was 14. one late night, I got home from school. I closed the door, put down my backpack and looked around, only to find everyone missing. confused, I looked behind me at the window peering into the darkness of night- usually, when I get home from school, isn't it still daylight. "wait, this isn't right" I thought to myself. my brain raced for answers. "hold on, wasn't I laying in bed just a moment ago?" And then I realized- it was a dream. nothing here was real. I wasn't able to think- too much fear, anxiety, and excitement. I didn't even remember the tales of cool powers I was told of in reality. I ran down my fake driveway, then down the road, noting how I ran incredibly fast, and without stamina. I approached a house down the road, where someone was walking out. "I don't know where my parents are, and I think i'm dreaming" I told them, still questioning whenever or not this was actually happening. looking back, I cringe at the fact that I just went up to a random stranger and said something that would make them think I was absolutely insane in any other context. the person understood and led me inside their house, another big red flag, but at least I was right. The house interior was mainly white and black, with green plants scattered throughout. I laid down on a black leather couch, deciding to stay here until I woke back up. and that's exactly what I did. I woke up with a jolt, partially disappointed that I forgot to try anything cool but overall excited that it happened. I rushed downstairs and told my parents about it. My parents confirmed that it has happened to them, my dad stating that he flies around when he had lucid dreams. I got to researching, learning as much about it as I could. The year would pass without incident, then another. I am now 16 I found myself walking through the halls of another place I have been to frequently. it's a little hard to describe. for reasons I cannot explain, I realized that this wasn't real. once again, a dream. Excited, I ran around the building. nobody reacted to my presence or even moved a muscle. on my way out, I touched a fire extinguisher, focusing on the sense of touch. It felt... off. like my fake hand was half-asleep. I ran outside into a big, empty area. only cracked asphalt for miles. it was here when I remembered- oh yeah, aren't you supposed to have powers and whatnot? I turned my back, closed my eyes, and wished for a building to appear behind me. spinning back around, there was nothing. I repeated this again to no avail. Finally, on the third time, I changed my wish into a demand- "there *WILL* be a building behind me" I turned around again and a huge wall, changing colors, was there. it worked. excited, I then decided to try flight... and woke up. sad. que more intense researching. in another two months... Usually, I thought about reality checks, but always failed- I would simply forget. There was a day where lucid dreaming was on my mind, and I decided to do a reality check every time I thought about it- this worked. it was much easier to remember. going to sleep, I woke up... in some strange building. there was a gift from my parents, encouraging me to keep lucid dreaming- hold on, aside from that one time 1-2 years ago, I never mentioned any of this to my parents. however, lucid dreaming was now definitely on my mind, prompting a reality check... and what do you know, it was a dream! I was standing in a somewhat run-down bedroom, the walls painted a dull blue. there was a balcony outside a window, showing that we were several stories up. the balcony was a bright beige color, and had loose planks on top of it. I started walking over to open the balcony door, but thought "wait, why not teleport?" I closed my eyes, envisioning myself standing on the balcony. opening my eyes, I was indeed on the balcony, now facing left relative to where I was standing before. I looked back at the bedroom I once stood in, then suddenly found myself on the ground, running towards some distant structure. There was a voice in my head, like some character on a radio in a video game, instructing me towards a certain building. I leaped forwards a couple of times, trying to fly, but failed. I ran into the building and up the stairs, and there the dream changed so much I became un-lucid. but I did it again the very next night. This time, it was from a random, unprompted reality check. my pinky finger was missing halfway up, then appeared but changed size. a dream, cool. This time, I took a moment to calm myself. I walked inside, and immediately started on my first goal- flight. I thought that "maybe I didn't fly before because my brain just refuses to accept flying." as such, my solution was to create wings, something meant for flying, and see if that works. I closed my eyes, then glanced behind my back. on my fourth or fifth attempt, I got something- the wings looked more like something on a costume, with cheap fabric stretched over a black plastic frame, but I decided that it would work well enough. I could extend them out or fold them in behind my back, at the very least. After showing them off to a bunch of fake people, I found myself in a van going somewhere. The sound began to fade away, and everything started darkening- I recognized this as the dream ending, and spun around and rubbed my hands together in an effort to stop it. it worked for a second, then everything started fading away again. I repeated the ritual, and the dream re-stabilized for good. I realized that the van wasn't going to stop, and that this wouldn't last forever, so if I wanted to try flying, now is the time to do so. I tried convincing myself that it was possible, then jumped off the van... faceplanting into the dirt along the side of the road. I was returned to the building I first found myself in, and worked on improving the wings, making them work better. it ended before I could though. Upon waking up, I couldn't move anything- not even open my eyes. I was confused. I waited for three seconds, then tried opening my eyes again. it worked. I realized that it was a very brief encounter with sleep paralysis. two nights later, it happened again. this time, I was in a field. I ran around the place, seeing a friend from real life, after saying "hi", I walked into a wooden building. my pet dog was there, chasing me around. I ran up to the second floor and looked out- There were great snow-covered mountains. the rolling fields of the landscape below was covered in golden yellow grass. lush green trees surrounded a small stream, flowing to a waterwheel connected to a small yellow-and-red cottage. I decided to teleport over to the cottage, but just then, the now-familiar effects of the dream ending began. sound began fading and everything was going dark. I tried the previous ritual again, rubbing my hands and spinning and circles, but it didn't worked. I started rising into the air, losing feeling starting from my hands and feet and spreading up towards my head as the world around me faded away. I wondered if this was what death felt like. I woke up with sleep paralysis once again. I pushed the scary stories about it out of my head and recalled last time, how I ended it by just waiting calmly for three seconds, and did that. it worked, and I opened my eyes after the three seconds had elapsed. I lost a strange amount of interest after that- I was so focused on having lucid dreams, I made it more about the journey rather then the reward. the reward is certainly great, but in my years-long quest I ended up making the journey more important. I have not had another one since. it has been about a week.
@@Al-Mutanabbi would you still care for one of these stories? It was midday and I stood in a sort of classroom, holding a phone in hand. "Dall-E Mini" read the label of the web page, the AI spitting out random images. I noticed that the text fluctuated, changing slowly. Realizing it was a dream, I stares at the text, managing to get it to say "Dall-E", dropping the "mini", making it generate far better pictures. I then realized that this was a terrible way to spend time where I could be doing anything else, so I decided to try flying one more time. I found myself running out to the patio of my house, them down the hill in my yard. As I raced down the hill I closed my eyes, leaped off the ground, and spread my arms out. The ground didn't come back up. I opened my eyes to reveal me flying at speeds comparable to a car about two feet off the ground. I vaulted off a fence, went higher to clear another, and flew for longer until it ended
Day 3: I kept on having weird school related dreams and I woke up 7 times in a row. Then when It wasn't 2am it felt weird because I didn't get much sleep in.
@Tormis Koppa Dont go there. The backrooms is just horrifying when you go there in a lucid dream. Just think everything in a lucid dream cant prison you. And cant hurt you. And that when you break free from the backrooms. But its better to not go there, also in a normal dream ( while you cant decide what you dream when you arent conscious ). Well just hope your dream doesnt decide to put you in the backrooms.

EHEM IT IS YOU'RE NOT YOUR GET IT RIGHT
Initially the concept was introduced to us as “it’s a really vivid dream, here are all the steps you need to do it.”
This channel gave the true definition of a lucid dream, “a dream where you know you’re dreaming, so becomes lucid”
I have been told I need all these fancy steps in order to do it.
I’m still trying to adjust myself to know that the guy who does lucid dreaming also has a channel that’s just memes

Create a sword or gun and use it against yourself (though If you have the control to do this, I recommend using it to fight the nightmare instead)
-Spinning in circles.
Thank you so much bro, I wish this guy didn't move to his crappy discord meme channel.
Thanks
If you can can you tell us about your lucid dreams

Yeah I remember when his Beluga channel was just a small thing 💔
"hold on, wasn't I laying in bed just a moment ago?"
And then I realized- it was a dream. nothing here was real.
I am now 16
I found myself walking through the halls of another place I have been to frequently. it's a little hard to describe. for reasons I cannot explain, I realized that this wasn't real. once again, a dream.
Finally, on the third time, I changed my wish into a demand- "there *WILL* be a building behind me"
I turned around again and a huge wall, changing colors, was there. it worked. excited, I then decided to try flight... and woke up. sad.
que more intense researching. in another two months...
I started walking over to open the balcony door, but thought "wait, why not teleport?"
I closed my eyes, envisioning myself standing on the balcony. opening my eyes, I was indeed on the balcony, now facing left relative to where I was standing before.
I ran up to the second floor and looked out-
There were great snow-covered mountains. the rolling fields of the landscape below was covered in golden yellow grass. lush green trees surrounded a small stream, flowing to a waterwheel connected to a small yellow-and-red cottage.
It’s ironic, the last video being so emotional when it comes to music, it brings tears to my eyes, please make new vids on this channel, please
Please don't forget about this channel!
We need you.
he already have
Its all fun and games till a dream character brings up the backrooms
Then the terror begins
@Tormis Koppa Dont go there. The backrooms is just horrifying when you go there in a lucid dream. Just think everything in a lucid dream cant prison you. And cant hurt you. And that when you break free from the backrooms. But its better to not go there, also in a normal dream ( while you cant decide what you dream when you arent conscious ). Well just hope your dream doesnt decide to put you in the backrooms.
How about lucid dreaming about gmod?
When the horror begins I know a method to get out of dreams just close you’re ayes as hard as you can and them open them and you should be out of your dream
I actually dreamt about the backrooms and i escaped like in 2 second…
I love your content specially when you do the lucid dream animations I would literally watch anything you upload

I lucid dreamed tonight with one of your techniques! Thank you
I’ve had lucid dreams before but they’ve always been on accident, and I haven’t had one in years. I started using your tips for the past 3 nights and last night I had a lucid dream! I was only in it for about 10 seconds because as soon as I realized I was dreaming everything faded to black and I woke up.
hey bro which method did you use
My mind is blown. I watched a good few videos on this channel in the past. I am only now realizing that this guy is beluga. What an absolute legend! So happy for your success!

2 years ago I saw one of your videos and I was destined to have a lucid dream. After a year of trying and watching your videos I gave up. But now I am back here again and I want to give it at least one more shot 🙂
Now you gave me motivation
Just start to write down your dreams without it it's really hard and do reality checks a few times a day at least and if you are consistant with it you will have a lucid dream this two things are easy things to do so just do it its really not that hard
