- I've been wanting a wagon since I sold our Buick Regal TourX. I finally stumbled across a decent deal on a Mercedes Wagon. No, I wish it was an E63, but I'm not at that status or pay level. Either way, I welcome you to my newest purchase, my hearst. Excited to move forward with this fairly unique and rare-ish car (in the US).
I did say bye to my 2019 Audi S4, though, sadly.

the chrome on the wheels is too thin to complement the rest of the car, but other than that the car looks f***ing glorious

Hello. I am considering a used TourX or E450 wagon. What are your thoughts and observations, having owned both? I'd probably be looking at $20-28K for the TourX vs $30-$45K on the E450. I am on these two because they have the largest cargo capacity (I actually wasn't even looking at the Benz until I stumbled upon learning that it has a massive cargo area AND jump seats). I am needing to put a large and a medium dog in the back. Thank you
That's a tough one. I can tell you don't buy a high mileage Mercedes so that may eliminate the low priced e450s. Which may help with your decision. I would try to buy either car with under 60k if you can. The TourX has more common engine parts, likely cheaper maintenance, is comfy, but has a cheaper feeling interior, despite being very functional. The Merc has a much nicer interior, and def a lot more.power but both drive similar. They're comfortable cruisers, neither shining with sportiness or agility. I like my Mercedes due to power, but unless that's a major priority for you, or interior is a major priority, I think the TourX is a great option. For about half the cost of a good e450, I'd say tourx. I also have trust issues with German cars, so that may be partially why I say that. My Mercedes is def quieter and more comfortable, but I suggest driving both. I think the TourX is underrated and very good looking. Just wish it had more power but it was plenty quick for most people. Room wise? Very similar, so that's also your preference.

Oof not what I wanted. Over 6, and that sucks considering how I've taken care of my credit. Shitty time to buy a car but... I wanted it. Never paid that much for interest though. Ever. Never thought I would either.
