do we get harley's new hair style for our toons?
not sure, I know there are a few head pieces similar to the classic costume. Maybe when the new dlc drops Tuesday we will see a hair style with it
Will there be new arts in this episode?
I am not sure what you mean by art. I did not look at base items if you are referring to something like that
