I remember yelling at my husband for wanting to go outside. But man, quarantines didn't work and being cooped up inside made it so bad for people's mental and physical health. I was so depressed and weak. Imagine I was still ordering stuff online anything from household items to food. People still touched all that stuff, I wasn't any "safer".
"quarantines didnt work" .. the only people that say that don't understand the point of quarantine. A huge spike in people suddenly having a life threatening disease, the hospitals couldn't take it. Quarantining helped mellow things out so a lot of people who got sick later on were actually able to get treatment, instead of just dying in their homes. It was never about fully containing the disease, it was about minimizing the death toll.

When we were “allowed” to go back outside…ouch; can you believe we complied with this utter authoritarian nonsense. 😳
I think you may have this channel confused for the Nugget.
Can’t believe we inconvenienced ourselves a little bit to save millions of lives 😳. The horror!
@@Aaron-xq6hv Is that where you're allowed to say things that are obviously true?
