The key is flexible masking in AE or AP.
If there is no masking fitur maybe its will be difficult to edit videos

Well, I would always suggest to have at least 16GB of RAM (or more) and a good processor, because that has a big impact on the performance.

first trick your footage is under the movement, it is different. How to do it without a tripod

@@VFXStudioKoliba I am new to this, but I'm having trouble using the Pen tool and the Mask Feather like you showed. You did it extremely fast, so I had trouble trying to figure it out.

Pen tool simply allows you to draw a shape/mask and then only the inside of this mask will be visible. Mask feather just refines/makes the edges (of this mask) smooth. And I also animated the mask path (changed the shape over time).
