To those who think they are losing their focus, I don't see them losing it. This song reminds of a verse in the Bible about sheep going into a pack of wolves or something like that. That might be one of their inspirations for this song.

That happens any time a music artist is branded as Christian in genre. The second they make a song that doesn't openly focus on Jesus, or they make a song that metaphorically/allegorically talks about Jesus or the Word OR a song that openly addresses secular subjects (NOT sinful subjects, but things like romantic love with another human and stuff), people immediately try to call them out, as if the artist isn't allowed to create songs about their life and the world around them. We are not of this world, but we DO live in it, like it or not, and we experience the same things as everyone else. Many music artists, Christian and non-Christian, choose to use music and write songs about these things in order to help them get over it, to minister to others experiencing the same situation, or to remind themselves of who they are and what they've been through. There's nothing sinful or wrong about it, so long as the music isn't focused on worldly, sinful things like drugs, sex/dirty dancing, self-love, glorification of another person, objectifying another person, cussing, blasphemous themes/statements, or the glorification of worldly riches and possessions. Once Capital Kings (or Britt Nicole... or Owl City... or Hillsong Y&F... or Beckah Shea (etc, etc, etc) start to include THOSE sort of things in their music, or supporting worldly artists who include those messages in their music, THEN they have truly lost their focus.

to all those who keep asking how this song is inspired by God, or wonder how this is a Christian song,i have a question for you. is it wrong to just have fun every once in a while? it doesn't have to mention God and every turn and it doesn't mean they're straying away from God just because they don't say the "right words". as long as the reason your having fun is because of God, having fun in God's name, I don't care if it says God, Jesus, ect or not. as long as the reason is right. think about it.
From the sound of this song it's obvious that Capital Kings isn't afraid to walk as 'Sheep among Wolves in the Wild' as commissioned by the King in Matthew 10:16! I really like and enjoy and thank God for Capital Kings, Mandisa, Jamie Grace, LeCrae, TobyMac, Trip Lee, Danny Gokey and Colton Dixon as they're transforming the Christian Music industry for the Kingdom of Heaven.

Paradigm had about as many lyrics, and that was a phenomenal song. This one is just as good. Better a song with few lyrics and plenty of dubstep, than a slow song, wouldn't you say?

Dubstep is 140 bpm, but it sounds slower than edm, which is 128 bpm

1. It is EDM (electronic dance music)
2. It has a simple, repetitive drum beat.
3. It builds up to a bass drop (as opposed to a treble drop like you might hear in a Brostep song, such as a Skrillex song).

I would have done 3 things differently:
1. The first dubstep drop is waaayyyy too repetitive
2. 1:30-1:52 should have been piano notes instead of the same synth.
3. the last dubstep drop should have been made with more varying notes, not the same 4 notes ever and over again in the same progression. I know it's a synth and it's possible to do.
Other than that, this is a great song!

Absolutely: they are talking about the wild, which from the beginning is described as being made by God. He made it good. Genesis 1:31 "God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning--the sixth day." and Psalm 19:1 "For the director of music. A psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands." It may not directly say anything about God, but it still is all done for his glory as you can do anything for God. 1 Corinthians 10:31 "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
Saying they lost focus as many people here have been doing is like getting angry at a pastor for not preaching at church on Monday, they can still do stuff to glorify him, even though its not by directly spreading his word.
P.S. this is also a great way to spread the gospel to those who would not have listened to their music otherwise. They might like this song and find an interest in the group and their beliefs and as a result look into their own beliefs more.

I'd like to believe this is just one of those songs that they had fun making and is meant for people to have fun dancing to, also I agree with genesect523 this song might have a way of leading people that like this kind of music to the Lord.
Agree with comments others have made here. So tired of hearing Christian musicians criticized if every song they make isn't a church song! That's like telling a Christian painter that every picture they paint has to feature God. Think about it.
