We try to dig into their minds and what do they as musicians think about avatars, holograms, tribute bands and backing tracks. Would they turn Hatebreed into avatars? First of all, glad to see Michael without the hat--finally! Go for it, brother!
Secondly, as a music fan with broad tastes, I'd like to point out that classical music fans, for centuries, have never had a problem going to concerts performed by musicians who were not the original artists. How else would we ever hear Beethoven? So I think the psychological wall encountered by rock fans is something of an unnecessary anomaly.

I don't mind fellow musicians being in tribute bands (to each his own), but personally I can't imagine anything more depressing than having to pretend you're someone else while exclusively performing their music.

Classical and jazz musicians have never had a problem performing other people's music. Maybe it's time for rock music fans to get used to that. After all, we're now in the second or third generation of rock-n-rollers, and the originals can't last forever.

Thumbs 👍 up from me!! AEROSMITH ALERT ⚠️ in the 7th minute!! 'In the 7th minute, people!!' AEROSMITH ARMY REJOICE!! 'Would you look at the time ⏲️?' You don't have to sit through 20 minutes of Izzy's Gourmet Pasta from 7/11, Ralph inappropriately hitting on The Weather Girl, 'It's My Life' should have been on Creatures, been the first single, video and saving the makeup. This is your moment!! Forget the KISS Army, you won!! Blue Kool-Aid Drinker. Peace ✌️ out from the Southern Tip of Vancouver Island 🏝 , B.C. Canada 🇨🇦.

I've seen Hatebreed live more than Kiss. It's a different ballgame for them.. if there's the demand for it, why not. They can do it for The Beatles, Elvis and Jimi Hendrix too, y know.. artists and bands that are no longer active/alive. Again if there's the demand, then why not

Great interview! The whole avatar chapter in music history book has just begun to be written. New precedents will be set for sure, and it’s an exciting time to see what unfolds.
Btw, PLEASE get Jay Jay French as a guest. He has really lived the music business for 50 years, and is always a great interview!

I actually love crazy nights and all of the 80s stuff up to revenge in the 90s. Just because that stuff was new when I was little and those songs I have fond memories of riding around with my dad. He took me to my first show on the reunion tour and we have since seen every tour together since. We were able to take my son to 2 end of the road shows as well. But the 80s stuff is where my love started!
