I’m with you on the Book of Enoch. At the very least, book 1 is meant to be in the Bible but whether 2 & 3 are or not, they’re certainly worth the read.
Just saying, "the tree of knowledge", tends to confuse people. It makes it sound as if Adam and Eve lacked any intelligence before eating the fruit of said tree. That man was originally the same as any animal or beast. The tree bore the knowledge of good and evil. Adam and Eve were already intelligent, but they had never looked upon anything as being good or bad in any way. It could be said that the tree and it's fruit held no power at all really. Just the act of defying God would have awoken that knowledge on its own. The real trick the serpent played on them was to convince them that they weren't already like God. The truth is that they already possessed the divinity of God, and eating of the fruit took that away. They were immortal and had dominion over all the earth. However, after their defiance they became mortal and God's grace, as well as, the divinity that once flowed through them was stripped away.

I'm reading this and I'm attempting to make an assumption. This is just speculation and interpretation. That perhaps the book of Wisdom and Knowledge, emphasis on "Wisdom" was permitted, because Wisdom equates to an extent with discernment. You can be given knowledge, information, insight into something, thrown random bits of things you were once unaware of. However Wisdom itself gives you the necessary judgement, intellect and understanding of what to do with that information. Imagine giving a young child who can read basic English, a book on quantum physics. They'd read it and absorb "knowledge", but they would lack the Wisdom and understanding to discern any of it or how it's relevant. It would simply end up confusing them. This is interesting to me because it seems the term "knowledge is power" is actually illogical in that sense. Yes, to know something is powerful, but to know what to do with that power comes with responsibility. And perhaps the omission of the full biblical narrative has been more damaging to humanity than anything else. Ignorance lately is being more prevalent in people desiring to know more but not lacking the discernment or capacity to fathom information.
I want to add that I don't believe that God desired to keep creation completely in the dark about either wisdom or knowledge. I do see it as a form of guidance or protection leading up to the expansion of both wisdom and knowledge through necessary means, so humanity can best find a way to absorb the information God gifts us with.

I’ve read a book called god-man the word made flesh. By George w Carey. He says that all the bible is about ascension. Mountain and trees etc mean the brain, spinal column. Chakras. Cerebrum. Glands. It’s fascinating but makes so much sense.

However, I disagree that the Tree of Knowledge contains evil, as it is described as containing knowledge. Knowing what sin is and participating in it are not the same, i.e. you know the difference between telling a lie and telling the truth, and because God has granted us free will, we can choose between the two.

This is an ancient concept that you can see across many religions all over the world. The high place is the place of mediation/prayer/communion with God. Daily life consumes all attention and causes humans to forget their spiritual nature and principles. Meditation /prayer is meant to pull the mind out of the suffocating grip of existence and elevate a person towards God. In Buddhism it is towards mindfulness and then to nirvana. The Bible contains that same ancient wisdom as other religions not has simply been rearranged with different characters that still convey the same wisdom about the human condition. The angels are representations of various characteristics and attributes of the human mind. The "Watchers" represent human intellec and reasoning that cause them to think they are equal or above God. Satan/Lucifer represents Narcissism which gives false justification for any self serving action or perception. The. Archangels represent the higher ideals that man aspires to such as Justice, Righteousness, Wisdom, Compassion, Demons represent the baser instincts and self destructive tendencies of man such as malice, fear, envy, violence, hate etc etc. The stories of the Bible and other religious texts are much less cryptic if you understand their purpose....That they are meant to help people understand their own nature and how to take responsibility for and manage their own existence. People get so bogged down in needing to prove the literal and physical existence of archetypes they completely miss the entire point and come up with some childish interpretations of fairly simple stories.
It wasn’t Eden, it was ANOTHER place where those same trees grow in Heaven. Eden was for us, but we see SOMEONE is actually allowed to eat this tree in Heaven, which means it is either for the angels or the redeemed, because obviously Eden was sealed so no fallen man could eat of that tree.

Just saying, "the tree of knowledge", tends to confuse people. It makes it sound as if Adam and Eve lacked any intelligence before eating the fruit of said tree. That man was originally the same as any animal or beast. The tree bore the knowledge of good and evil. Adam and Eve were already intelligent, but they had never looked upon anything as being good or bad in any way. It could be said that the tree and it's fruit held no power at all really. Just the act of defying God would have awoken that knowledge on its own. The real trick the serpent played on them was to convince them that they weren't already like God. The truth is that they already possessed the divinity of God, and eating of the fruit took that away. They were immortal and had dominion over all the earth. However, after their defiance they became mortal and God's grace, as well as, the divinity that once flowed through them was stripped away.

Check out the Gospel of St. Thomas if you like Enoch. It has a lot of the same motifs.

I'm reading this and I'm attempting to make an assumption. This is just speculation and interpretation. That perhaps the book of Wisdom and Knowledge, emphasis on "Wisdom" was permitted, because Wisdom equates to an extent with discernment. You can be given knowledge, information, insight into something, thrown random bits of things you were once unaware of. However Wisdom itself gives you the necessary judgement, intellect and understanding of what to do with that information. Imagine giving a young child who can read basic English, a book on quantum physics. They'd read it and absorb "knowledge", but they would lack the Wisdom and understanding to discern any of it or how it's relevant. It would simply end up confusing them. This is interesting to me because it seems the term "knowledge is power" is actually illogical in that sense. Yes, to know something is powerful, but to know what to do with that power comes with responsibility. And perhaps the omission of the full biblical narrative has been more damaging to humanity than anything else. Ignorance lately is being more prevalent in people desiring to know more but not lacking the discernment or capacity to fathom information.
I want to add that I don't believe that God desired to keep creation completely in the dark about either wisdom or knowledge. I do see it as a form of guidance or protection leading up to the expansion of both wisdom and knowledge through necessary means, so humanity can best find a way to absorb the information God gifts us with.

I’ve read a book called god-man the word made flesh. By George w Carey. He says that all the bible is about ascension. Mountain and trees etc mean the brain, spinal column. Chakras. Cerebrum. Glands. It’s fascinating but makes so much sense.

They only further reveal that he is in and through all things. Satan uses this knowledge and wisdom to get our eyes off of THE Christ and put it on ourselves. Deceiving us to believe that the pattern of Christ that we're designed after is our source of divinity rather than the actual Designer Himself- The Lord Jesus. So yes, those teachings are very real and anyone who actually understands them could never deny their validity and existence, but we only need to focus on Christ Himself and commune with Him, not unlock ascension in and of ourselves. He ascended for us, as us. He carried the human genome to the throne room to broadcast the Holy Spirit to us like WiFi. The password is faith in Him.
When we believe in the Son, we tune the spiritual radio station of our souls to Heaven and receive what The Father has for us through His Holy Spirit.
It's as simple as that.
Then we just need to "repent" daily, meaning to change/tune our minds back to His Spirit since our flesh is always waging war against the Spirit.

Exactly......and there is nothing occultism about it. There are many dimensions layered upon each other, w a veil put up to separate. Listen, I'm a believer and my take on this Tree is that it is "The Tree Of Life" that it's referring to rather then the Tree of knowledge of Good & Evil. [IMO]
The Tree of knowledge of Good and Evil in my humble opinion is a corrupt tree since it has "Evil" in it. Henceforth, why would Archangel Michael tell Enoch that this "Tree of knowledge of Good and Evil" is to be transported to the "Holy Place" when this Tree is technically the root cause of our SIN placed upon this Earth?
This Tree should be deemed corrupt since it's tainted with "Evil". No SIN should step foot into the Kingdom of God, The Kingdom of Heaven shall always remain "Holy" and if the Tree of knowledge of Good and Evil were to be transplanted there, then Heaven would not be Holy anymore...

Personally, I'd much prefer the "Tree of Life" be there rather than a corrupt tree. That introduced SIN on earth, into this world.

I agree with you that the tree that has Enoch mesmerized is the Tree of Life. However, I disagree that the Tree of Knowledge contains evil, as it is described as containing knowledge. Knowing what sin is and participating in it are not the same, i.e. you know the difference between telling a lie and telling the truth, and because God has granted us free will, we can choose between the two.

The significance of mountaintops is not a to be a place to go to get closer to God, but a place to go to get away from the distraction and corruption of everyday life, and there is a big difference. This is an ancient concept that you can see across many religions all over the world. The high place is the place of mediation/prayer/communion with God. Daily life consumes all attention and causes humans to forget their spiritual nature and principles. Meditation /prayer is meant to pull the mind out of the suffocating grip of existence and elevate a person towards God. In Buddhism it is towards mindfulness and then to nirvana. The Bible contains that same ancient wisdom as other religions not has simply been rearranged with different characters that still convey the same wisdom about the human condition.
The angels are representations of various characteristics and attributes of the human mind. The "Watchers" represent human intellec and reasoning that cause them to think they are equal or above God. Satan/Lucifer represents Narcissism which gives false justification for any self serving action or perception. The. Archangels represent the higher ideals that man aspires to such as Justice, Righteousness, Wisdom, Compassion, Demons represent the baser instincts and self destructive tendencies of man such as malice, fear, envy, violence, hate etc etc.
The stories of the Bible and other religious texts are much less cryptic if you understand their purpose....That they are meant to help people understand their own nature and how to take responsibility for and manage their own existence. People get so bogged down in needing to prove the literal and physical existence of archetypes they completely miss the entire point and come up with some childish interpretations of fairly simple stories.

It wasn’t Eden, it was ANOTHER place where those same trees grow in Heaven.
Eden was for us, but we see SOMEONE is actually allowed to eat this tree in Heaven, which means it is either for the angels or the redeemed, because obviously Eden was sealed so no fallen man could eat of that tree.

I'm pretty confident that God loves humans more than the Angels.. I mean c'mon, the most feared being in the whole universe and the most holy and powerful immortal who bows to no one literally made himself small, created a mortal human body for himself, allowed himself to be born by a human woman, walked among the humans and lived like us, ate mortal food like us, went to the bathroom like us, had human emotions like us, endured body pain like us and had to get beaten to a pulp, humiliated, insulted and murdered just to save humans... Lol if that isn't love I don't know what it is.
If an all powerful God can make himself look pathetic and vulnerable just to help humanity that is the greatest form of unconditional love ya'll. No wonder Lucifer hates humans so much.
