@@ReptileMountainTV thanks so much T.C....Lilydale is only a few kms from me & I had no idea the old High School had done this...Simply incredible, & I'm quite disappointed I didn't get to go there lol. Great Vid once again mate & I'm learning so much from you
This is so amazing! I wish all kids had access to facilities and learning opportunities like these - a love for nature and all its critters is the root of conservation 💚
We sure do have alot of great Lizards here in Aussieland. Great School l say to attend and l would have been the first to want to do that if l had gone there.l remember standing patting my horse oneday and a frill neck ran up onto my head and just sat there, really my first experience with one. A wonderful school to attend.
Hey im a newer sub to your chanel love everything so far. Have you ever heard of a timika blue tounge skink. I ordered a halmahera from a breeder and tgey ran out and sent a timika instead. I asked about care comparison for them and the breeder told me the same but when it arrived it had stuck shed and looked very small for shipping. I tried looking them up but couldn't find anything on them. So i was wondering if you would know what they are so i can get its setup better. I have it set up for higher humidity right now but i don't know of it needs to be lower.
Hey thanks for watching! Unless you are in Indonesia then whoever you are dealing with is NOT a breeder but a supplier. They sell wild caught skinks, Halmaheras and the other locale, I personally haven’t heard of, are not bred in captivity in the USA. So be prepared to take you new skink to the vet for a check up and parasite treatment. You are spot on by preparing for it like a Halmahera type as it will likely thrive in the same circumstances. I would shoot for 70% humidity and see how he/she reacts.
@@ReptileMountainTV ok thanks so much i recontacted them and they said it was a farm bred baby of theres but i still have no idea what it is lol. Ill take him to the vet tho i got that all lined up thanks for the help.
The first frog is not a Litoria cearulea, it's actually a Litoria splendida. Noticable especially if you compare their head shape and the color of their feet
+ReptileMountain.TV which is a perfect reptile pet because I'm a 17 year old beginner when it comes to Reptiles and along with having a 6 year old brother
If we had reptiles like those in our high schools In Canada I would never have missed a day 😅
Same here! Although I’d never want to graduate lol
