investing in properties is easy 400 miles from london. Living in London and trying to invest is impossible with the cheapest house starting at £350k and that's for like 1 max 2 bed room.
We’ll be catching up with Alex in the next few months to see how the refurb completes, keep you eyes out for that video and we’ll see if the project does stay on budget
My thoughts exactly, I am wondering how you can do this all for 15k. Would like to know? Is his wife or brother a builder? That’s what is holding me back doing developments - trying to build up reliable, good value tradesman
Can you explain in details how you buy a house without using your own money? Maybe put the numbers on the white board. It’s only my suggestion. Cheers!
Thanks for the videos, really enjoying this format and im 4 chapters into Kevins No Money down book! Looking forward to being on one of these videos in the near future
He said he has money to buy the house... what if you have some money but not enough to buy it outright ! Can you Mortgage a house and rent it out and is that profitable ? Then if you want to buy two houses can you buy and rent both out with a mortgage over you ?
That’s exactly what Alex is doing using progressive. You can also get buy to let loans as long as you have enough money for the deposits and refurbishment
Hi, I thought you would be interested to know that it’s just revalued at £155k. I’m not seeing many people knocking whole rows of terrace houses down to rebuild them around here.

15k for re-wiring, plastering, central heating, new kitchen, extension at the back, reconfiguring the up stairs, new bathroom, etc. Is extremely cheap

I think 25K at least for what is planned!

How are you doing soo far with it? Have you bought /refurbished/refinanced anything yet? I’m so keen to get started on this stuff myself!
Does anyone know the average re-plastering cost (labour+material) per m^2
How does it work with auctions
How can you do all that for £15K?
My exact question once he mentioned gas central heating
Thanks for sharing. Look forward to more updates on this project.

I got 60.000 and don't know what to do with. Help please.
New electrics, new kitchen, moving around the bathroom....all for 15K pounds?? I could only redo my kitchen with that amount.
This was really good, enjoyed the format and the longer videos.
ok I think 25,000 at least!
Thanks 🙏
Only 20k for all that work and risk. Sounds piss poor to me
Nice
what a load of rubbish , you have bought a 80k house for £103 ,000 , it wants knocking down and rebuilding , not a cheap 15k refurb .
