If you get oil based food coloring it’s easy to color your chocolate also using coco butter pieces in you’re white chocolate melts helps the consistency

That Ferrero Rocher cake looks so yummy 😋. One small suggestion is to place the frozen cakes on a plate or even cardboard, instead of directly on the working table.

I can't hear much with the background music. Was that American buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream?
I believe it was whipped cream.
The filling was whipped cream but not what they actually used to frost it.
I don’t think they said but I suspect Swiss? Just because it seems so white. But hey it could be American (though I’d still use Swiss it’s much better in my opinion).

There was two frostings? I know one was whipped cream and Nutella but what was the other one I didn’t see him put that into the piping bag? And that came looks sooo amazing

Have you ever tried the chocolate from Hobby Lobby? It has a great consistency and you don’t need to thin it out. They usually have it for $1.99 as well.
