  • DORA metrics, also known as Accelerate metrics, were developed by the DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA) team and published in the book, Accelerate. The DORA team, put together at Google, surveyed thousands of developer teams across multiple industries to understand what makes elite engineering teams and what separates them from more average teams.
The four DORA metrics they identified are:
    - Deployment frequency
    - Cycle time (lead time for changes)
    - Mean time to restore (MTTR)
    - Change failure rate (CFR).
Watch this video to learn about each of these DORA metrics and how to get a DORA metrics dashboard today.

The recommendateion for complete and thorough code reviews is both very specific if describing the Formal Inspection Process or very ambiguous.

I really like this video, it not just helps me to under DORA metrics but also how to implement it.

How to determine if a particular release produced a failure can be ambiguous. It may be a latent feature or a defect that is not noticed for weeks.
