In conjunction with the 2023/2024 KU Common Book, Parable of the Sower, by Octavia E. Butler, KU Libraries are honored to showcase the innovative merging of science and fiction seen at the University of Kansas. With the cutting edge research of interdisciplinary scholars and the rich collections, courses, and programming of our libraries, centers, and museums, KU is pushing forward the boundaries of knowledge. The exhibit opened Thursday, Oct. 5, with a talk by KU Astronomy Associate Professor Ian Crossfield.
