I thought Seth would make one of those wall-mounted battery-dispensers, for each individual type of bar. Y'know what I'm talking about? That would be pretty cool.
This and the development of the Hack Shack are probably a couple of my favorites. Love the live edge, raw look on this one! My garage is converted in to a screen printing / vinyl graphics shop that I spend my days in so I'm ALWAYS looking for shop ideas. This was good inspiration. Now I just need to find a place to jack some sweet timber...
Mark Jones I don’t get it. I have been in my house for 4 years and my garage is still a wreck with multiple attempts to rectify. He goes to somebody’s house for a weekend and comes it out fantastic! I am not sure if I should feel motivated or depressed 😂. Great Work Seth. I’d take some more garage makeover videos!
@@textilewolf Start your attempt with throwing everything outside. Then figure out what you want to put back. Usually attempts fail because you keep stuff in place because it is a good place for it.
Seth, as a "retired" UA-camr and a teacher who spends countless amounts of energy trying to teach kids how to "at the end of the day" it, I have to say, you're the master of conclusions. I really appreciated your line about "putting it on the calendar" and how that applies to tackling any challenge...your ability to tie-in worthwhile life-lessons into entertaining MTB vids is on point. Thanks for your content.
Seth I am a new mountain biker and trying I’ve got the team. I just realized that I have meet Eric porters family at the pump track lately. You and Eric are a big inspiration and keep doing what your doing. And thank Eric for his family being to nice and offering help when I got a flat. Anyway to sum it up thanks for all of the help you have given me. O
You are living my dream. I grew up on mountain bikes and riding with my family. I bought my first mountain bike which is a khs xc 104. I now married and have a son have hit the bike bug again. I’m making plans to get my wife a bike and when he is old enough my kid. Thank you for all the help tips and tricks that have been provided by your videos. One day I hope to be able to go out and ride as much as you.
Loving these videos! Moved back to my childhood home last year after my parents both passed. Last year was cleaning and painting the house. This year is organization. It includes a new shed, 16’ x 20’, for the bike workshop and adventure storage which will free up a smaller shed and the garage. Once they are sorted, they, along with the basement wood shop can be set up. The bike shed is 2 months overdue and it’s driving me nuts! Thanks for the envy and the ideas! :)
I just did the same thing to our garage. We sold my grandpa's house and I got a ton of sweet tools. The garage was over flowing with clutter. Now it's looking like a real shop. So excited!
I know this video is older, but I’m still playing catch up since I found your channel. I love it, that garage is beautiful! Can’t wait to do mine up. Thanks for all the inspiration I get from your channel!
Seth, thanks for the video! My daughter just noticed that you are left handed (when you were sketching up the design), you are her favorite UA-camr even more now!
I revisited this video to say thank you, Seth, for your philosophy of not keeping things you haven't looked for in months. Thanks to you I cleared out 40% of my junk and have lived a much easier, cleaner, and healthier life. God bless you, Seth
Such good work in the garage..then bike assembly for riding, then packing it again for the flight next day...all of this while shooting an episode for your channel....baap ray baap !!!!!....you really deserve big earnings from you tub and all the following you have....full respect :)
I love watching this videos because it helps build my creativity for my garage and work spaces... I love designing and building but sometimes my vision gets limited. Thanks for another great video
On this episode of Hoarders we have Eric Porter, an avid mountain biker and cyclist and while he may keep his bikes in pristine condition, his house is another story...
Some of my favorite videos on this channel are the ones where you build stuff. This vid, your garage, the van build.... All A+ content. Would love to see you build more stuff in between riding and bike hacks (which are also A+).
This backyard is the ultimate setup. I’ve made 1 jump trail and a rock garden/tech section in my yard so far, but I’m planning on adding something like the mini double in this vid.
This video was deeply satisfying and has inspired me: I'm starting my own garage project this afternoon :D Also, seeing Eric ride with his kids... that's the dream right there.
I've been riding mountain bikes maybe 20 years or something like that. And for this season i sold my diamondback and my street bike. Got a brand new aggressive Trek hardtail and started to get more interested about the sport, i'm really in to single tracks. Started to google some stuff i wanted to learn about mountain bikes and biking. Your channel pops up continuously and I've watched some of the videos, you are making really good and informative content. Just here to say keep up the good work!
Honestly if you never even mountain bilked and stuff was this was all your content is, I would still probably end up watching it, and enjoying it. you’re the only person that can make home Reno and organization, very entraining. Gg
to be honest, i wouldn't be mountainbiking and working on my bikes if it weren't for you. You've given me a crap ton of motivation to go out there and do what i used to love. I was a race BMX'er for 8 years before i stopped a couple years back. I had a crappy old hardtail and when i found your channel and watched some of your video's, i ran down to the garage, took the bike out, revised it, and to this day it's been my insane 900 dollar 26inch hardtail shredder. i've become way better at mountainbiking and i actively go ride trails, visit bike parks, and mainly made a crap ton of new friends. if you do read this seth, i know i might look like some weirdo, but your video's are the freakin best.
Seth, that is 100% awesome! I'm slowly bringing my garage/workshop along, and my next project is a fold-up work bench that will cover my pegboard/tools, but fold away when I need to get a second car in the garage. Your video makes me want to start on it NOW!
You could if you tried... Getting new is a waste of money anyway, if you actually put some effort in instead of whining on the internet you might as well make yourself a better bike than he has, for a lot less money.
