Hi Charlotte, my nails have been thin and flakey since I stopped using gel about 15 months ago. Three weeks ago in an effort to get my diet back on track I went on a high protein diet ( about 100grams of protein daily) and the difference in my nails is unbelievable. They have grown about 5 cms and are now so strong. Haven't been this good in years, so it must be the protein.

Dose and Co is a fantastic New Zealand company. I’ve been consistently taking the Dose and Co collagen creamer in my morning coffee and it’s made a huge difference in reducing hair fall and my skin is looking healthy as well. Such a must have for me 😄

As an older women, my tip for everyone is to wear high-SPF product on the neck and exposed chest every day. This area, if exposed to sun, looks unattractively leathery, crepey and spotty by age 50, if unprotected. BTW, your hairstyle really brings out your classic beauty.

Soak the Levi's in white vinegar overnight, then wash. They will soften up.
