    Considered buying either the dual or single in ti but have read and heard ti exhaust will eventually develop cracks by nature of material. Not sure if myth but google search and people I have talked to have experienced it. On top of that ti welders are not often come by.

    Hmm, time to drop the S2000 off at LHT for a supercharger? Haha. Car sounds amazing, though. Might be slow, but there's just something about a high-strung 4cyl with a well-tuned exhaust.

      @@TheSlipAngle And it's definitely not slow, at least IMO. Throttle response has a huge effect on fun factor. I agree. I don't think I would ever do a supercharger on an S2000.

    Good or bad, right or wrong, size and shape does play some of the biggest role in how a engine sounds by far, but material type used even comparing regular steel to stainless makes a difference. In previous example you can find some good examples in classic car market where there are simply stainless replacement of stock systems. Gases are resonating all around so depending on material type usually what you notice is more or less rasp, extreme example is old fiberglass cherrybomb style drag mufflers vs what is for all intensive purposes same thing in bullet series stainless straight through mufflers, but even if it was only the pipes changes and the muffler/resonator etc all remained the same you can hear the difference between any different type of material.
    This one sounds pretty nice but if i had a complaint or at least something to look out for with Titanium is many of the lightest weight, super thin gauge stuff can but not always has a higher tendency to rasp, sometimes in worst cases very badly, luckily this does not appear to be one of them (although there is some, rasp, some is good imo)

    Hey dude, love the channel.
    I just saw DIYGuys did a review about the SS having muffler failures (primarily with tracked cars) and I was curious if you have seen any of these issues.
    I pre-ordered the TI exhaust and am curious if it will be built different (I accept the uncertainty and am not interested in a refund).
    Just reaching out to see your thoughts. Your experience and opinion is valuable to me.
    Thanks

      The real s2k community knows Ballade doesnt stand beind their product nor do they support the community. Having some youtube "influencers" slap their crap on for some positivity review wont change that. They got their fair amount of chances from the commnuity, if they dont change then they will never change. Be prepare for a let down if you get anthing from them.

    • @Jeff_F7
      @Jeff_F7 Рік тому +1

      @@Marc-ty5sz Well, you might want to elaborate on why you or others in the community feel this way rather than just spurting out a negative claim without much else, otherwise it just sounds like sour grapes perhaps from your own personal experience which might have been an isolated one. What you're saying might indeed be true, but it would be hard for someone to believe you unless you can back up your claims. Or at least provide a link to the forums (or other sources) where others in the s2k community are saying this. There are many viewers here who are not part of the "s2k community" and aren't going to bother trying to spend the time searching the internet to verify your claim. So if you want people to believe you, you should be the one to provide the source where people reading your comment can see what you're talking about. Just a friendly suggestion.
