Salad and squeaky green beans!!! Tracy, I love cauliflower, but I can understand why someone wouldn't like it. It smells like farts! LOL The lasagna looks gorgeous. I agree; anything green goes well with lasagna. The pudding looks like a meatball! ha ha The "cheap date" thing--I was raised to only ask for water, never go through gift shops, that kind of thing. So when I got together with Pete, I felt like royalty when he encouraged me to get a drink and always walk through the gift shop.

Given the price you paid for that meal deal, we were expecting it to be good and thankfully it was. In fact it was better than we thought it would be. Jane & I both LOVE sticky date pudding and that one looked really good. Well done Waitrose ! Looking forward to seeing what the rest of your shop is like.
Hi Folks. The lasagne and gratin dishes looked great when cooked. You two really enjoyed this food, even though Tracy does not like cauliflower but you had an enjoyable meal. 😋 You thought that the quality of the lasagne was up there with M&S. 😃 The pudding got a lot of praise also. You would now return to Waitrose. Thanks for this. Wet enjoyed it. 🤓🐶🧔
