My two year old daughter found this video somehow and was crying her eyes out, I didn’t understand why until I watched it myself and also cried my eyes out.

I saved a little kitty once!
Long story short, I was at the bank and about to walk inside when I heard meowing from somewhere. This guy saw me and was like “there’s a cat up in the undercarriage of my car but I have a tight schedule for work so I’ve been driving around slowly all morning so he doesnt fall out.” And im immediately like wtf forget the bank! So I asked if I could take a look while he went inside and I got on all fours and crawled under that car. Got him:) but I couldn’t keep him so I gave him to a loving family my mom knew.

I WAS LITTLE WHEN I WATCHED THIS AND IT BROKE MY HEART
One day during an internship when I was in high school, I saved a cat that had not been weaned by his mother. We were in heatwave and for a whole week I heard meows on the other side of the premises where I was. Despite the meowing, it was impossible to find it. After this long week, one day I went out to take the air during the lunch break and I saw this baby cat without strength, all slender who let himself die in the middle of the road. One of the trucks of the company I was in for my internship was riding on the same red where this kitten was. They had not seen it and I ran down that road, risking my own life to get it back. During that day, I spent all my time feeding him with a pipette and bathing him. He had so little strength that he did not struggle and remained calm. I forced her to eat and I let her sleep in my jacket. He got used to my smell until I did not want to let go. The same evening when my mother came to pick me up, I took this cat with me to the house. The next day she was taken to the vet and the person taking care of him claimed that he was barely 1 month old and that he took me for his mother. Because yes, he always tried to find a place on my body to eat. And the vet said it was because for him I was really his mother. The months we spent and he grew up. He regained strength and weight. But I had to leave because my father is allergic because of his asthma. He was integrated into a good little family that my brother knows thanks to the knowledge of his fiance. I recently learned that my little cat had become a dad. I am sincerely happy that he is alive. Despite all this time, he will remain my little baby even if he must have forgotten me since...
I miss him terribly and I am still hoping to see him again someday. I called it Snake to refer to a video game [Metal Gear Solid] because he loved sneaking around discreetly and then tackling me just to play haha. 😊
Despite being in a new family today, he kept his name. And that's the only thing he has left of me...

When I saw my heart break. Especially when I'm a big cat lover. When I think of that video again, I have tears in my eyes again. But I was pleased with the happy ending.
A few months ago, Freddy the cat was let outside. Something was off about this, I thought. I thought he would just be roaming around the neighborhood. I was waiting for weeks. He never came back, so, my family suspected he was missing. We hang up missing posters on some poles and trees. Before we or someone else was able to find him, we moved to a new house. I still miss him to this day.

This made me think.. 😢When I’m older I’m going to save cats and kittens... it’s just horrible that people beat them to death and abandon them.. 😭 I’m sick of the abuse.... it’s just making others feel sad 😔.. loads of cats and kittens die outside because they are abandoned... so please. Help cats and kittens... they don’t deserve how they are treated... they deserve a loving home... 😢 😭

Edit: People have been saying “what about dogs” or “what about the other animals” y’all weren’t saying that when “save the turtles” was around. And also, this is a post about a cat which is why I commented about c a t s so don’t come at me talking about dogs because if they posted about dogs then sure, this would have been a dog comment. stop making things about other animals on a cat post. you’re just looking for attention.

My family's cat died recently, since then I'm EXTREMELY sobby about anything sad and cat-related. I mean, I saw that video a long time ago, and I was just sad, and didn't cry, but now I'm literally crying my eyes out here about a fictional kitten, like come on
