Many Congratulations on the certification
I agree with constantly setting another cert as a goal to maintain and expand your knowledge
Absolutely! Setting and pursuing certifications as goals is a fantastic way to keep your knowledge and skills up to date. It not only helps you stay competitive in your field but also opens doors to exciting opportunities. It's a journey of continuous learning and growth. Do you have any specific certifications you're working towards or recommend? Let's keep the conversation going!
Hi, i am bit confused, while checking for the COMPTIA SECURITY+, I aaw that they wrote, retirement JULY 2024. Does this mean that the certificate will wipe off by then?
How long did it take you to do all these certs ?
I started my certification journey from 2017. On average for a single cert it took 2-3 months.
Hi, I am a bit confused about the COMPTIA CERTIFICATION, I mean the A+...I want to ask, is COMPTIA a single exam? Because I read that it is divided into two parts which cost about $900. I think I am mistaken this exam for something else. And please do share the materials/sources you used during your preparation. And once again, thanks for your videos, you got a mentee.
Thank you for you valuable comment. COMPTIA offers quite a few certifications such A+, Security+, Network+ etc. A+ is the entry level cert and its not a requirement to pass A+ cert before sitting for Security+ cert. The cost of Security+ cert is $392 USD. You can refer to this book only to pass the sec+ cert: CompTIA Security+: SY0-601 Certification Guide. Good luck!
