Great video but isnt the slope of the last one -9/7 because if you do y2-y1/x2-x1 it would be -5-4/7-0 which would be -9/7 right?

this is fabulous! my daughter is in 7th grade taking algebra 1 for HS credit (not the best idea in retrospect but she is getting an A so okay). BUT..as nice as her teacher is she is NOT great at explaining things and breaking problems down. That is fabulous news too! My teaching style "IS" to explain all of the work, which make most of my videos a little longer...(there are many more shorter, less animated videos to choose from) I feel like it gives students a better understanding if they know "how" to get the solution as well as "finding" the solution. Thank you for sharing this exciting news with me, these are the ones that make all the extra time worth while:) Thanks for subscribing, check my playlist for my other classes!

Thank you so much, I've been really struggling in my Year 10 algebra; for the past week I've been struggling due to my teachers dreary explanations and did not understand this at all. It's funny, because just within half an hour of watching your videos on gradients and this, I've seemed to pick it up with no problem. So, yeah. Awesome, thanks!

Very cool! I am an algebra teacher and I sometimes use videos for lessons so the students have an opportunity to hear it from someone else. I also post many videos on my edmodo.com class website so students can view videos when they get stuck on homework at home. Thanks! Keep up the great work! Nicely done!

I have two giant Algebra tests coming up (SOL and a mid-quarter) and these videos are helping me so much to remember the concepts I am a bit fuzzy on remembering/never really was sure how to do. I love how you are energetic versus some other lessons on UA-cam where the teachers seem like robots. Thanks again!
