Switching out the orange she used and opted for a yellow I think would’ve helped a lot more but either way, stunning shift! :) and yes ROSE GOLD comes in variousssss tonalities and left for interpretation for each individual

I love rose gold hair! It's even pretty in a darker shade; I used to put it over my light brown hair. I used Keracolor Clenditioner color depositing conditioner, I think they make one for brown hair too. I'm a huge fan of peach hair as well, but my favorite is a peachy-rose gold mix.

I think you shouldn’t have put the copper dye on top of the already copper hair. Since your hair was already copper you didn’t need to add it in, you could’ve just put pink dye on your hair and it would’ve turned out closer to a rose-gold than just copper.
For reference, my hair currently actually is rose gold. I got the results by dying it pink after I had bleached it. It was a coppery yellow/orange after bleaching and prior to adding the pink dye.

I know that the purple rain has I think more of a blue tint to it as well, but wouldn’t a little bit more of a blue tint actually have canceled out the orange better? I still love the result, I’m just a little confused by that. For example, I just got some blue toning stuff because I have a bit too much of an orange copper in the tone of my hair right now. The purple version of it did basically nothing for me.

Could you do a natural hair dye please? Like from coffee or espresso? From the reviews on youtube it sometimes work, sometimes not and sometimes you need to be consistant to get there. So that would be cool to get your tryout on that too 😊❤

My hair was copper and I just mixed teal and baby pink to color correct.. The trick is that I know NOTHING about color theory so I was just hoping for ANYTHING different from pale copper against my brown skin.

I'm sad that you don't like purple because it is my favorite group of colors (though I don't love every single shade of purple, and same with any other color groups). I think you'd look really good in it, just like any other color you've done. but to each their own.

I have highlights everywhere so the blond parts got really too pink and the copper/dark blonde part got too red. Mixed together it does look like a deep rose gold but I would like it to be lighter
Rosegold I’ve learned is such a hard color to achieve! I’m general it’s a misunderstood metal - I say play around on small strands on the back of your head before committing to the final color

What if you transitioned your hair to blue like an awesome ocean blue hair color? I wonder how the color wheel could do that since orange and blue are opposites
That would be difficult to do without bleach because if you layer blue on orange you’d just get a neutral color since they’re complimentary colors
