IF YOU EVER HAD A REAL YANG CHOW FRIED RICE IN CHINA HONG KONG EVEN IN US IT TASTES WAY BETTER THAN ANY YANG CHOW IN THE PHILIPPINES. THIS RECIPE IS JUST AVG. TO THINK THAT IN THE PHILIPPINES WE HAVE THE OLDEST CHINATOWN AND HAVE OVER A MILLION CHINESE AND YANG CHOW IS THE MOST COMMON TYPE OF FRIED RICE SERVED THEY ALL SUCKED AS IN ALL KAHIT NA YUNG MGA GLORIA MARIS OR HOTEL WITH HONG KONG CHEFS KUNO WALA.

I suggest you actually go to 扬州 (yáng zhōu) and learn what Yangzhou rice really is, because that isn't it!.
    Carrots? That isn't even funny!
Why does everyone think that all fried rice must include egg. It often doesn't! Especially in Yangzhou!
Oh! Peas! I should have guessed. Good luck finding them in Yangzhou!
That is the worst Yangzhou Rice I've ever seen! Serve that in Yangzhou and you will be deported!
