Competition to the SCS games is gonna depend heavily on AI behaviour and how lively the world feels! Otherwise, game looks like a solid piece of work from the devs, kudos!

Gonna have to be aware if this is set in outback Australia then its most likely gonna not have as many AI Drivers as you'd think because of alot of people that live here in aus, live more on the coast

... except for those weird bright clouds on a dark sky at 0:10 (look frame-by-frame). And the daily weather looks a bit too bright sometimes, like at 0:05, 1:03.

Love truck simulator games ets2 and ats were great but this looks so realistic. Had this in my Wishlist for ages and can’t wait for it to be released! Hope it’s released this year

First off I'm just going to say thank you for giving us a game that actually looks like it belongs on the PS5 there's a lot of other trucking games out there that look like you could play them on your cell phone and at most a PS2 so this is appreciated

I ways playing that demo for quite some time and it looks nice. I especially loved that sun and weather when I was parking trailer. That was really like I was back there. Hopefully we will be seeing it more
This is a big step up from what we've seen before, for me personally I hope the truck variety is as diverse as it actually is in Australia with trucks from the USA, Europe and Asia all culminating there together as well as models made specifically for Australia only such as the one in the video.
as an Australian, i am keen to see how good this will be given that drivers that drive ROAD TRAINS in the Australian outback can go days without seeing anyone in their rearview until they reach a truckstop or place to fill up the tank, C.B radio is an essential part of the outback culture, in an emergency the royal flying doctors service ( RFDS) are contacted either by phone ( though in the outback there ain't much internet OR cell towers)so two-way communication is mostly done on C.B in a emergency

I really really really hope we are able to go further out of the Outback and go towards the cities and beaches and such later on in the game and I would lovveee to drive through the blue mountains as well Would be amazing
Awesome environment, I like it. Much improvement compared to ATS and ETS2. But you guys know, that drive model, trucks and maps will decide? Focus on that. It will be hard to beat SCS.

If you can implement some sort of road hazards causing breakdowns, I would pick this up in a heartbeat on release.

ets and ats need their graphics and game engine updated... It's have now 20 years. Prism 3D is not used anymore only by them...
this game it's focus on Australia! if you want to know about the territory, but this game looks have more realistic things, about interaction and logistics, I really don't care about real brand's of truck... if they look real! it's good. the dummy brand, it's good because they could have more thing like dirty, windows crack etc etc.... things that real brand's don't like. sorry any bad English

@shawnwhetsell12 the game is still in development, and is announced on steam. So i guess if it will come to ps5 you have to wait a couple of years.

Looks good so far and would be cool to explore Australia. I think this game also allows hopping out and walking too, which would be great also if not mistaken. Good to see it's still developing forward.

Please y'all comment you want VR support. NO VR NO BUY, it's that simple, we demand VR ;P. It's impossible to play a game like this on a monitor if you are used to VR, seating experiences with all the bells and whistles are absolutely heaven in VR. Please take us VR nerds serious.

It looks very promising. From what I've played, physics are a bit off and controls configuration is clumsy but it appears as the team is putting a lot of effort into polishing the final product, so I'm not that worried. 👍

Like one user said below, we don't care about real trucks brand, the fun and the interesting gameplay is what matters. Using non real branded trucks, we would have the opportunity to see them have dirty windows, broken parts and so, small things that truck brands don't understand and think no one will buy their vehicles if you simulate it realisticly. That's a point where this game can safely win from anyother simulator.
Another point that would be cool if possible, is to feel like if you were listen to a real radio inside the cabin. As this game the radio will be functional, it would be cool to feel like if the songs were playing directly from the radio. We have some truck simulators or truck games on Steam, but i think this is the only one that has an objective and are really doing a complete truck simulator game. I hope you guys manage to optimize it as best as you can, so i can play it with my RTX3050. LOL

Really promising trailer! Lovely developers one thing that I would like to add for a solid start is to optimize the game as good as possible for big range of hardware. Even triple A games struggle to optimize it well for older GTX gpus or sometimes RTX cards struggle aswell by modern games.
At least I spoke out some pain out of my heart😅

I remembered the incredible gran turismo, where you had to get your license to drive a certain category, it could also be like this for a certain type of load, new training
Looks promising, but I can't get over the road train signs on a B-double, would have Long vehicle signs on the back only.

I love semi trucks and I like playing Ero truck and American truck but this one's going to blow my mind the details and everything to this looks amazing keep up the awesome work and never give up

Ya's might want an Aussie on the team to tell you what shit just doesn't happen in Aus. For example, pretty sure hot air balloons are banned in most dry rural areas because they are a fire hazard. Also, I can't recall seeing fog in the desert... ever. Nor can I recall seeing a windfarm in the middle of friggin no-where either.
Hot air balloons are defiantly banned during summer unless a special permit is authorized. @truckworldaustralia1409 talk to the Australian community to get everything right. Some of it is right but some of those highway scenes are inaccurate.

Watching the Silo fill reminds me of my time filling the Trucks at Barters feed-mill in Griffith NSW, they were nice trucks. I now truck in NZ line haul, so can't wait to play this, just for the memories alone!

I wanted to say that I'm looking forward to the game, just don't forget the Brazilians, we really like this style of game!
Still looks awesome! will probably end up buying a computer just to be able to play it BUT, please get the details right, there is nothing "ROAD TRAIN" about that combination, it is a basic B-Double and would only have "LONG VEHICLE" signage on the rear and nothing on the front of the truck.
The little details will make or break your Australian commitment.
