After recently watching some Alone in Tokyo videos, i think a good addition to the thumbnail, for specifically videos with multiple parts, would be a box in one of the corners that denotes the what part of the current series of videos it is.
So for like a 3 part series, you have a box with 1-3 on the video's thumbnail somewhere.
As somebody who likes binge watching videos from a specific channel, this makes the video list a lot easier to parse and would imo be a good addition.
