Thank you for the wonderful content. How can a foreign medical graduate/MBSS student after graduation apply to this MDPHD program? What are the processes? If you can make a video about it that would be beneficial to the IMG as well. Please reply thank you.
I’m trying to do MD-PhD to neurosurgery as well, and I met several neurosurgeon scientists at Neurotrauma in June, so there’s lots of people Interested in that field, even though it’s hard.
It actually made me feel good when he said some people let the MD guide their PhD research. I have had an interest in some MD/Ph.D programs because Im a neuroscience undergrad with intent to pursue a PhD, but have little desire to have patients but thinking the background in medicine could help make my research better. Very good video!
Miss Megan Thee Scientist idk how u read my mind but I was quite literally looking into md/phd programs LAST WEEK. Thank you for introducing Mr. Justin Lee bc it looks like he has some amazing info to share and I look forward to your next video whenever that may be :)

Nice vid. That's short for video.
Haha thanks! I was wondering what it was short for ;)
are medical doctors considered scientists?
no
@@peachyeinna why?
@@JohnSmith-un1zj Not all medical doctors spend their time as researchers. Can't really claim the title if you're not doing the work for it.
