Be here know, know nothing and see everything. Basically we operate through a recognition. How close that recognition to the actual moment or being fully present is. There is always a recognizer until there isn't. Not having a recognizer means you left yourself behind in a sense. Learn to recognize you are recognizing and step back from yourself in so doing.
