He is the youngest in BigBang and he sat on the lap of the youngest member of EXO . EXO is from a rival record label. Kpop idols change hair color like socks . Well let's be more clear here..there is no rivalry between the groups themselves, it's more of a rivalry between some people in each fandom.and no he didn't do that to make "fun" of them..it was more like " we get along, everyone stop arguing" basically a slap on the face for both fandoms who kept hating on eachother. Seungri is the boss, I love that he did that. He gave the best example of how everyone should treat each other. ( I am here hoping when they comeback as 5 in an award show, Seungri pulls the same stunt but this time with 1 of each member from exo, bts and dance in a circle, so new kpop fans can sit down & finally stfu)

BIGBANG actually popularized the hair color thing in Korea. GD probably have dyed his hair like almost all possible colors we can find. It is not just Blonde but literally all colors in the rainbow.
He can sit on his lap because he was comfortable enough to do it. Plus it's part of the bit. Having a BIGBANG member interact with an EXO is big for fans. Fans love when idols interact with one another.

Hey man, just wanna warn you if you aren’t already aware, but CJ E&M Entertainment is going around copy writing a bunch of their MNET content. There has been a lot of UA-camrs(K-pop reactors) who lost their channel cause of this (some of them have managed to get their channels back). I don’t know if CJ E&M Entertainment is still doing this, but you may get a copyright strike for this video and any other live content from MNET. You shouldn’t have to worry about the music videos though. Just lookin out.

Dude sitting on other guys lap is Seungri, the youngest of bigbang. Another part during this same show while giving an acceptance speech he mentioned all the other maknaes (youngest) in the crowd like him. The guy whos lap he was sitting on was Sehun of Exo, another Maknae. I think it was more of a joke, the way he stroked his hair like comforting him.
