Current routine is arise at 5am, coffee & exercise clothes, brisk 2 mile neighborhood walk from 5:30-6:00am, cool down/water/check email/to do list, dress by 8am, Breakfast at 8am followed by tidy/clean kitchen, desk, bedroom/bathroom. I was feeling frustrated by my lack of consistency with exercise, so the early morning walk routine gives me a consistent base layer of exercise that I’m really enjoying. I find it energizing and revs my metabolism for the day. ❤️🌺🌴
@@elizabethtobin4762 Exactly me too! My morning golf cart ride to drink water does same thing for me! Once it cools off that might be a walk, short walk. Definitely will be in the Fall Walk 30 day challenge. Ya I lack consistency for sure. Excellent Elizabeth kudos 💜👍
I don’t have a morning routine anymore. Nursing school has taken over my life. I just recently got diagnosed with Sjogrens. It has made nursing school and working life been more of a challenge. I think that’s why I chose to have some Michelle time today. I know you suffer from autoimmune problems and it makes me relate to you even more. Thanks for keeping me company while I cleaned my office in preparation for the start of school😘
Great video! 💜 My schedule depends on whether I have Grammie duty or not but when I’m at home…. First thing- Coffee!! 😎 Then I sit down at my desk and read my Bible and pray. Sometimes I write out a couple meaningful Scriptures in my notebook. Then I make a list for the day and do administrative tasks. I’m most always over ambitious with my lists but I’m working on “grace”! 🌷😅 I don’t necessarily have set chores for each day but instead address them as needed. I always try to keep the kitchen counters clean and dishes moving along… Keeping the bathrooms clean (all 4!) and staying on top of trash duty are top priorities. Never a dull moment for sure! 😃
@@authenticallyamber99 I don’t have same exact routine every morning it varies but I definitely need to go for golf cart ride every morning to drink water that is key! Working in it. Some mornings I need to water plants if it hasn’t rained etc. also some days there no laundry to do but I do like to start it first thing when I get up. Does that happen every day day? Nope! Also of course if sister calls and says let’s do something together all that sometimes goes out the window. I can always play catch up the next day. @@authenticallyamber99 It is nice to have sister so close. In the previous house we owned we lived literally 1.5 miles from each other for like 10 years.
