Fixing Tension On Excalibur Scrollsaw

  • Fixing a problem on my Excalibur scrollsaw. Install a wooden lever to hold down the front carriage while you attach the blade and then set the tension. Website became too expensive to maintain, so had to drop it. If you would like this pattern, send me an email at the following address, letting me know which pattern you want. Thank you.

    I have a Dewalt with the same problem.All but the blade tensioner looks very similar so I'm gonna see if I can find a pivot point for a lever.Thanks for the idea!

      Hi, Jerry. If you have the same saw the pattern for the lever should use the same pivot point.
