Started using teams two days ago but it doesn't allow me to create teams or channels

This is likely a setting set by your IT administrator, it's common for that functionality to be turned off for non-admins.

Dynamics is a pretty typical CRM in the Microsoft world. We use the CRM functionality of ActiveCampaign to track biz dev here since we already use it for our newsletters/website forms/etc.
