The Nurture Life menu is chock full of great options for kids of all ages as well as adults. Better yet, all of these options have veggies packed into every crevice, so you know you’re getting a punch of nutrition even if you don’t necessarily taste it. For example, their cheese sauce has butternut squash mixed in, their pesto boasts green chickpeas blended into it, and red lentils are added to their ragout sauce for added fiber & protein.
The one aspect that really sets Nurture Life apart from so many other kids’ brands is the fact that they have so many different size options. This would be a huge benefit to our family, as it would many others with differently sized people in them. They offer a baby size (10-24 months), a toddler size (1-4 years), a kid size (5-12 years), and a teen/adult size (13 years & up). They also offer shareables with 2 and 4-portion bulk packaging you can serve everyone from as well as cold lunches. We found these sizes to be perfect for each age range in terms of portion size for both of our kids of different ages as well as the adults.

If you've got picky eaters, this is so awesome!!! My absolute favorite feature is that you can get the same exact meal in different portion sizes, which is really unique for any pre-made meal service. So the adults can get a large portion, our 4yo can get a medium portion and the toddler can have a small portion, but we're all eating the same meal. It makes dinnertime so much less stressful!
