Honestly the brewery is not as bad as first level of military base in AW.

how come you keep choosing one day at a time rather than doing a whole campaign? does it not save how many days you did on ludicrous?
Apparently, it saves separately, but gives you the usual ending screen after finishing the last day depending on which mode you are playing on.
