Allie X is underrated. I know I've seen her before. She's a goth, but more like the porcelain doll type of goth.
Be thankful she is underrated. Artists always turn bubblegum pop once they blow up and forget their whole sound that attracted you in the first place. And their music gets overplayed. I’m so thankful she is underground. ❤
Calling Allie X a "goth" is reductive for someone as iconic and unique as her. Several years back she described her style as "Harajuku-Mormon-Salem-Goth"

Honestly I'm so glad there's a middle ground world where Allie X is the Goddess of New. She succeeded in having Mitski singing with her and that's really something else. Her new album is genuinely brilliant and she deserves all of the attention from it.
Honestly I've been with her since Collxion I and its absolutely amazing to see her growth. I have never seen her as absolutely anything but herself and im so glad that she just keeps being herself!!!
Collxtion l is one of the best albums of the past decade, I recommend everyone to listen to it at least once

I became a massive fan today because tidal randomly played her song after Ariana Grande's new album and i was immediately like, hold up, who's this?!?! I instantly bought physical copies of Girl With No Face on all formats like a rabid Kylie fan. Watching this interview and learning more about her makes it make even more sense why I like her so much.

I still remember the time I met her at this small local radio station event in Milan where she had maybe 15 people in the room and I was already obsessed with her.
She’s always been so sweet and genuine and I’m so proud of her.

She’s so good live, I saw her open for Dua Lipa back in 2018 in Toronto, about a 5k capacity venue so still relatively small compared to what Dua plays now.

The first Allie X song I found was Santuary from Collxtion 1. I'm just excited to see her music evolve become even more well known. My new favorite form the new Album is Galina (aka inspired by eczema)
LOVE Allie X. I'm never active in any kind of fan communities or anything, but I really resonated with what she said about Hardware Software. To me it just feels so different to everything else on the album and is personally my least favourite track on the album. I like that she said the fans are divided though and that some absolutely love it. I wouldn't go as far as saying I hate it though, and maybe it'll grow on me in the future. Galina is probably my favourite track on the album, and knowing the story behind it now just makes it so much better.

Love the album…and also, I don’t really know if I had eczema or psoriasis (never got it properly diagnosed, but I’m certain it was one of the two)…I did try steroid creams when my dermatologist was figuring it out…but they never healed it. It completely healed when I went vegan about 6 years ago. I wasn’t even trying to target my skin condition when I changed my diet, but it worked. Don’t know if that might help. It’s not a miracle cream, but it’s something worth trying
