I think Tepper got it right this time. Stayed in house for his GM, who clearly has a strong vision for this team. Got a young, yet, raw talent at Head Coach. So far, what I've noticed is that Canales has built camaraderie very easily. He's taught the fundamentals. The smartest thing he did was keeping Evero because that defense looks good even without its starters. Canales clearly has a plan for this team, that I think will result in early success. Maybe not this season, but crazier things have happened.

I was there today. Met Steve Smith on the way to the field. He was really cool… he initiated getting a group selfie pic with me and my son. Made my day. And my son got many autographs after practice. Love the panthers and opening up practices to the fans. Keep pounding!

I think the coaching staff and front office is in the right order. The unfortunate reality is there is still not enough leadership on this team imo and too much youth. Could be a good thing though. But I just don’t seeing enough guys rising to the call this year. Hoping for steady improvements though.
