this is outdated build, only cards-equipment-runes different. IMO: Instant cast manhole require Dark Illusion star, keep in mind Manhole has medium SP Cost, too much using manhole cause runs-out of SP and you can't do anything if not have any SP keft. Manhole used for situational only it's depend become good or bad due you make the match become 5-5 you need catch 1 more people for make it become different results.
You can see my POV during seasonal or practice magic prison, I am very rare using manhole, due it will losing my focus because Manhole is like specific targeting. some people has different play-style, strategy and priority so it would be different this only my opinion from my perspective as returnee Phantom Dancer.

but still better you copy Eden Blessing.
