These were the first Drill Rappers that didnt spend the entire interview trying to talk down on others. But instead spent the time uplifting each other, speaking positively about life, Tommy g and even seemed genuinely excited and appreciative for the future to come. Because of all of that and the fact they seem hella cool, down to earth, respectful and incredible artist. I wish em the best. I cant wait to see him and his whole crew blow up huge. Great video and interview Tommy G, for sure the first person Ive seen cover drill rap and expose people to some of the positives of it and the incredible musicians in it instead of just tryin to capitalize on on the murder and beefs in it. Well fuckin done bro, and I wish all of em nothing but the best.

Compassion and love are missing from most poor city areas, and the government doesn’t want to do anything productive to change the environments that manifest violent crimes.
Decriminalize drugs, provide public healthcare for all, and create job training programs, and violent crime will decline. It’s sad that people have to fear going to certain neighborhoods because they can’t relate to people who don’t live like they do.

The real creator of drill music is actually Waka Flocka. Chief Keef made it popular but he even said in an interview when he first came out that he was heavily inspired by Waka’s music. If you look back at Waka old music you’ll find the drill type beats and cadence in the music before anyone knew what drill was.
