(92) Zipped bag filled with water dip / Diamond dip technique
Вставка

- I'm still playing with Zipped bag filled with water dip. This one I named Diamond dip technique, because the shape of my bag reminds me of a diamond :)
It's more like balloon kiss, but I think that you get more shaped petals. It's lots of things that I don't like, but I think that I can improve myself and get nicer result. :D
I used the same colours as Molly on her #colorchalenge with Rinske Douna and Kanella Ciraco. Check their channels to see the results. ;)

Colours:

- cadmium red hue

All my paints are mixed with acrylic primer in 1:1 ratio.

I cannot tell you how much I enjoy watching you at work. Your work is beautiful, even though you don't always think so. I really think that I want to try this. It seems very relaxing. Maybe that's just watching and not painting.
Thank you so much for your kind words 🥰 🤗 😘 💐
Fiona you are a magician! Lovely flower garden.
There seems to be more dimension with zip bag compared to balloon dip. I like this and can see even more possibilities. Again, you have inspired me!
Thank you. I'm glad 😉 🌹 😘
I usually use balloons but have been out of balloons and so haven't done any work, now I've run into this and my mind said, "WHAT?" Oh, I love this, I have tons of zipped bags! Fun here I come!
That has given me great inspiration to use this method. Fiona, you are terrific! You have been a blessing to me, I have depression and PTSD with anxiety. You give me great therapy. Thank you.
Beautiful as usual, reminds me of dahlias.....xx😁😁
Great job! I could see cells in the leaves as that looks so natural and the textured flowers with color blends so beautiful. I like your technique and the ability to reenhance flowers to add more color to flowers that's pretty cool! So over all very beautiful results. All your creativity came into play . Straw and bag full of water for your tool. Interesting results.
It's fun to watch you experiment. 1st time I have seen you use a water bag. I thought the flowers turned out very pretty. Thank you Fiona.
The little one that you redid looked like a zinnia. Like the technique! You are so talented!
I wasn't sure if I liked it until you did the close up. It was prettier when I could see the details better. Thank you Fiona. 💖
Thanks 🌹
These flowers are beautiful Fiona! Blessings to you!
And I thought I had seen every one of your videos. But I had missed this one and as always I love it.
I love watching you create beautiful flowers. They always turn out for my taste. You are very talented.🎨❤️
This is so pretty Fiona! Can't wait to try it myself 😀
One of the best flowers done with this technique I have ever seen, superb, well done!
You don't need to improve yourself! You do a super, marvelous job!!!
So satisfying to watch your videos Fiona. I love these colors. I was watching you with my son and I said I think she should do 1 more right there, and you did. Exactly where I said you should place the flower. Very cool 🌻🌼🌷🥀 queen of #dips #dip #flowerdip
Thank you so much. Hugs to your son too 🤗💐😘
@@Fiona-Art 🤗😍😘
That turned out just beautiful!! You are so talented!
My Colour Arte paints arrived. Can’t wait to try this technique using them. Soooo beautiful
Great... Where can I see your result? 🤔😁🌹
Fiona Art will send you a picture in a few days.
I love how you can fix what you consider failures.
Just discovered this old video of yours. I love it!
I think it is a fantastic technique & very aptly named! I liked the results with the ‘clear circles’ of paint better than when you drizzled swirls. I think ‘blowing the greenery’ worked very well & looked great - you just forgot to put leaves/greenery on some of the flowers. I also think that perhaps when you redid some of the flowers you put down too much white paint over top of the first try. I sensed that is why you ‘lost the definition’ in the redone flowers. That one red did not fit the colour palette & I think just leaving it out would give a much more pleasant look. I’ll be waiting anxiously to see the re-try!! I’m a big fan of your work - keep experimenting!! Some of your techniques are quite brilliant!! 🌷💜
Thanks. I agree with all that you said. 😊
It all looks like a diamond dip of deliciousness!!!!! Oh wow. So pretty!!! I do get what you mean, tho. It's like it mashes the colors in the center too much. They were almost muted. My favorite is the gorgeous purple tips with the metallic white effect!!! Whoa! Simply stunning!!! I love, too, how you blew things out. Oh my. You are so amazing! ! Thank you!
Thanks. I like the idea and hope that I can improve it. 😊
I enjoyed watching you rework areas you weren’t happy with. TFS!
Wow, very good! Never seen flowers made that way before! Get well soon, Fiona. 🤧🤒💕
Thanks 🌹
Brilliant technique! I love how you keep varying your idea to get what you want! As always, thank you for sharing your ideas and talent. Feel better soon! 💐😊
too talented always coming up with something new
This is beautiful I just love it and the effects you have done with the leaves is beyond gorgeous there just aren't any words
Thanks 🌹 😘
I absolutely agree. This is probably one of my favorites if not my very favorite. I love the colors you used for the leaves. Love your work Fiona 💞 Your art is music to my eyes & brain 🎶🎶
Hi Fiona!!! This was very interesting to watch! I loved seeing how different this one turned out.. well done!
Thanks 💐
That was fantastic, I can't wait to try you always get such beautiful petals. It's so much fun to watch you work😊
You had better results when you scribbled each colour. May be on the top small flower add a touch of green. On the whole, I love it , very colourful. Well done
Good job...love this grouping of flowers. You are the most prolific and I think dipper I have seen so far. Your efforts always seem such a success. I have tried wet paper towel pressing and balloon dipping with mixed success. Want to become as good as you. LOL thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much 🌹
Nice job!! I love the technique I can't wait to try it I want to see it when it dries.
I myself like watching the whole process you do amazing artwork I like watching everything
I like the idea
Beautiful! You are such a talented lady. Catherine
It would be better on 8x8, but I love all the colours❤️

Thank you for showing how to smooth the background. I am new and i find it helpful.
I love your work!
Very pretty...loved your technique and choice of colors❤️💙
I caught a cold on Monday, so I know how you feel. 😢 Feel better soon!🥰
You too 😘
Excellent travail. You are good inspiration.
Thanks 💐
Beautiful effect 👍🏽 loving 🥰 following your gorgeous experimentation 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
It is a masterpiece. It hS depth and a great composition. Congratulations.
Very pretty! If this didn’t level out the way you like, you could use floetrol in you base coat at least. The rationale is that floetrol is self leveling. So you would have flowers with more texture and and not so much in the white base. It could be a cool effect. Well, American floetrol is self leveling, but you would expect it to give similar results where ever. And the self leveling, and extender properties are kind of it’s function. (Well it’s self leveling to a point if you make a deep gouge in the paint it will be a significantly less of a gouge when it dries)
Le quedo maravilloso
Magnifique ! Merci ,from the USA
Fiona i love watching your painting techniques. I am new and would like you to mention your paints and how much pouring medium to paint ratio, and also to you put a coating on once it's dry
Thanks. You can watch my mixing video no. 64 😉 I use gloss varnish 😉

Нет слов - одни эмоции! Спасибо.
Lindo! Parabéns
I love this one so much 😍💕 I would love ❤️ to have it in my art 🖼 room but probably couldn’t afford it 🙃
Message me on fb and we can talk about it. ;)
Much more control. Good for you, it works very well. ---Dave...
Beautiful! I like this method best so far...
Well done....came out amazing. Love the colours (-: xx
Thanks 💐
Just fabulous
Fabuloso - maravilloso -felicidades desde Argentina -
Are you using the same bag for every flower?
Yes :)
I think they are beautiful. Am heading to my studio to try. Did you push on the bag like the balloon or just the weight of the water? Please
Hi Fiona! From Southern California.
Hello 🤗💐😘
What is the clicking noise I hear in this video? As a beginner I appreciate that you show us everything. I have a couple of questions.
What are you using as a base coat to mix your colors with is it just your white paint mixed with what? Second question is what are proper pouring mediums?
You can see all about it in my video no. 64 😉
Do let base coat on canvas dry before you start your pour? Or do you leave it wet when you do your pour?
I gave it a thumbs down, and then I realized seeing how each flower turned out. I liked some individually, but not as a whole. Silly me, you were experimenting. Sorry about the thumbs down. Keep the videos coming. Yours is one of my favorite channels. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
tres bonnes idées merci .
Just watched this. May 2022. I would like if you would do some more like this. ❤️
LOVE IT
I think it’s beautiful but would look better on a black background
Feel better soon!
Are you reusing same bag over and over?
Is acrylic primer the same as Floetrol?
No. You can watch video no. 64 to see all about it 😉
Thank you! I love your videos and all your paintings, Even the ones that you think aren't good. I am trying to learn all I can about the fluid painting before I start.
That's Pretty Fiona...
Swat that pesky fly Fiona because he's way too interested in your pretty flowers. :) Not every flower in the garden is perfect so the ones you don't like add to the natural overall look I find.
😁🤩💐
These remind me of chrysanthemums
I wonder how that tube works.
You mean straw?
@@Fiona-Art Oh yes, I mean straw.
👌😍
I LIKE IT IF IT FLATTENS. DELICATE AND FEMININE.
