2024 Zum Thema Arbeit

Ich möchte noch ergänzen, dass die Suche nach dem „richtigen“ Weg für mich zwar spannend, gleichzeitig aber auch anstrengend und frustrierend ist. Es soll nicht so wirken, dass alles leicht geht, denn so ist es nicht. Ich ordne meine Gedanken und alles Erlebte immer wieder neu und versuche so, den nächsten Schritt für mich zu finden. Bestimmt muss ich noch viele weitere Erkenntnisse sammeln.
Jeder Weg kann richtig sein und jeder Mensch muss für sich selbst seinen individuellen Weg der Zufriedenheit finden.

Me gustaría añadir que la búsqueda del “correcto” me resulta apasionante, pero al mismo tiempo agotadora y frustrante. No debería parecer que todo va a ser fácil, porque no lo es. Sigo reordenando mis pensamientos y todo lo que he experimentado y tratando de encontrar el siguiente paso por mí mismo. Estoy seguro de que todavía necesito adquirir muchos más conocimientos.
Cada camino puede ser correcto y cada persona tiene que encontrar su propio camino individual hacia la satisfacción.

I would like to add that the search for the “right way” is exciting for me, but at the same time exhausting and frustrating. It shouldn't seem like everything is going to be easy, because it isn't. I keep rearranging my thoughts and everything I have experienced and trying to find the next step for myself. I'm sure I still need to gather a lot more knowledge.
Every path can be right and every person has to find their own individual path to satisfaction.
