Thank you for showing the size when you put them in individual pots. Using a thumbnail as reference is going to be easy to remember. Also, thank you for showing how the babies come from where the leaves are still on the mother plant that was beheaded. That was an ah-ha moment. Other videos did not explain it as you did. Put that smaller one under your new light and I think it will get much bigger.
I think the small one is crested so it takes more longer time to grow
