Yessir just got my cdl making about 75-80 a year saving as much as I can to buy that first rental property within 2 years with gods grace I know I will accomplish my goal
this is exciting! I just got myself a 2020 nissan versa sv. i'm a toyota person but i dropped the gun too fast and this is what i ended up leaving the lot with, lol i'm grateful! all glory to god!!!!!! i'm like watching these types of videos! i have videos of my car on my channel too!
i just think the days of flipping are slim. You got in early before this crazy housing market. I have 2 rentals right now working on finding more deals / flips but where i am the market is still very tough and over priced - any advice?
amen own 3 and its very tight right now I think people starting out like us need to wait it out 6-12 more months but buy properties with slimmer cash flow cause another 5 years with inflation of any amount they will be great deals
I’m a business owner . And we’re successful. But I’m still trying to figure out why the world sees a vehicle as wealth . Idk . It’s definitely not an asset . But great job with the real estate work. Just tell people how to get money instead of how to fuck it off . I’ve always been taught , if you can’t buy it twice , then you can’t afford it .
Agreed! Never said it was a status of wealth... it is just something I wanted! When you go to dinner and order something besides the cheapest thing on the menu, same process, just more money. And could def buy it more than twice. You have to reward yourself as you continue to accomplish things!

He just freaking drove it for the whole video. Didn't even show us the car barely.
Good work with educating the people.
Congrats man. No need to stay keep grinding, cause you’re going to do it…but keep grinding man. Congrats again!

I wouldn’t want to owe anyone any money, but a little here and there wouldn’t hurt.
