    I know that a lot of people are really struggling to stay motivated and productive during lockdown. We find it hard to work, stay creative, and concentrated. I understand you, because I also was like that in the beginning! When the second quarantine started, I finally understood how to remain focused, efficient, and hard-working, so in this video I wanted to share my motivation with you, and give you some really easy tips on how to grow and develop during lockdown! 😁
    The video is going to be separated into four parts. We are going to discuss atmosphere and your surroundings; organisation, planning, and structure; online classes and meetings; sports, food, health, and wellbeing! 💙 This video is going to be useful for you if you are a school or university student, as well as if you are just willing to get your life together after quarantine!
    First of all, focus on your health - fresh air, good lighting, enough sleep, high-quality nutrition, and sports, of course! Your health should be your always number one priority, because if you are not feeling okay mentally or physically, you will not be able to be creative, inspired and focused! 🌼 Remember that you are capable of achieving your dream life, you are loved and appreciated! 💚

    Good job. I think it is useful. Maybe the tips look simple, but many people forget them. And definitely if you care about small things near you they will give huge amount of acceleration and propulsion. And of course no motion no life. :)

    Osobiście uważam, że najłatwiej jest schudnąć spożywając szczególnie jak najmniej przetworzone produkty, niby banalna rzecz, lecz dużo ludzi tego nie kuma. Sama tak schudłam sporo. Dodatkowo super jeśli te produkty będą też posiadały niski indeks glikemiczny. Wiele o tym pisze jedna Pani, najlepiej sobie wyszukać w google dieta Anusi i sprawdzić. Ona tak zrzuciła około 15 kg.
