God we had some good players didnt we!.. Loved this video. A generation of gentlemen and fantastic players the likes of which we will probably never see again. Would love to hear more from Terry. Brilliant.
Could listen to these old boy's stories all day, when the game was a real man's tough no nonsense sport, well done all I really enjoyed that and I'll certainly be getting a copy of his book.. COYS
I was a freelance drummer in the 90’s/early 00’s,& often played the East end pub circuit.Had the great pleasure of ‘backing’ his guest vocal ‘spots’-‘Make the world go away’ , ‘That’s Life’ particular favourites.Great guy,some great nights at venues like ‘Kitsons’,in Devons Rd,The Birdcage’,Columbia Rd,& ‘The Boatman, in Bermondsey,Sarf-East London 😊

Great interview Terry seems so down to earth and brought back so many memories all those players. So many wonderful players. Agree with Terry 1974 bill nic went and so many players departed relegated etc. was the end of a era. But burkinshaw was a fantastic manager left on a high. Lovely to see Terry in good spirits and in good health
