Hey I used to have pretty bad pterygiums and I found cbd and intermittent fasting helped reduce them to almost nothing. Not sure if it was one or the other or both.
Looking forward to the future travel vlogs to Bali, etc. You guys should check out Kaika Point for surfing with Banks. It's somewhat calm, although the parking lot is sometimes sketch lol.
