i don't think people realize how hard it is to get over a FIRST love.
Lol I thought I was in love with this girl (first love). But then she turned out to be a bad person and kind of a gold digger. I got over her quickly (about 2 months) lol. Sometimes its easy when the person you love is just a bad person.
5 years, if you are in a bad toxic relationship and both can't let go for each other but it mentally and physically draining both parties, and is too passionate. But finding peace with person being in love is a beautiful feeling.....you never realize that really is what love is till you find it.

I wouldn't consider myself a Selenator (and I'm definitely not a Belieber), but gosh it must be hard to grow up in the spotlight. Yes, you can make so many opinions about them and how they're stupid, immature, etc. But who wasn't a stupid teenager at some point in life? I never supported their relationship (seemed so unhealthy for both of them), but I have to say Selena is incredibly strong to keep her head up through all of this, even when people are continuously sending her death threats.

I mean, I've never done drugs, got drunk, got arrested, etc. Lol. :) But no one is perfect. We all make mistakes. That's what I was trying to get at. Some people make bigger mistakes than others, but we all make mistakes and we all (hopefully) learn from them and grow up.

it's crazy that when I saw selena gomez 's face I thought of a young innocent naive girl but when she opened her mouth whoaaa.. she's a mature fierce grown woman. I can tell in her voice alone how much she's matured and her eyes carry so many sleepless nights and untold stories. its hard to explain. At some point I questioned her maturity without actually listening to her but now I can see why Justin fell hard for her. she's amazing.
You can really see the difference between this interview and her recent interviews in 2016 and I'm so proud of her because she was in such a dark place in this interview and she's learned from her mistakes and grown and she's eventually become so much happier.

After this, I'm looking at Selena in a way different point of view. I've never been a huge fan of her, but I've always been a Belieber and I honestly thought he should've broken up and left her long time ago. All I'm trying to say is, don't interfere their relationship in a negative way. I respect how brave she was to come out with a song with such exposure and raw emotion. When you have felt that pain, when you have been torn and destroyed this way it’s all you feel 24/7 and she let it out on the track and it’s beautiful.
This is what fame does to people. Its so easy to get lost about reality.
She has every right to express her feelings but I can just imagine what people who are extremely disadvantaged in life and are listening to this interview are thinking. It just shows how everything in life is RELATIVE. She's a beautiful, talented, young woman. Her pain would be bliss for others.
I'm not hating on her here or calling her ungrateful. I just want to show how people view pain in the scope of their own reality.
I'm glad she did this interview so young ladies who follow her might understand that this is something every single person goes through and although it feels like the end of the world when it happens, you will get through it and life does go on. There are far too many young girls cutting themselves, and taking handfuls of pills because the guy they love has broken their heart. It's important for someone they idolize to say that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I can relate to what she was going through. I was in a relationship with a man who I had fallen completely in love with. I would have done almost anything for him. And he destroyed me. Love is a crazy emotion that can consume us. It can make us act like lunatics and turn us into someone who is not our true self. I am glad she expressed herself as an artist. I think it is sad that so many people want to judge her for doing it. It's what artists do sometimes. And it doesn't matter how young or old you are. Love can affect you positively or negatively at any point in your life.

I think this is one of the realest interviews I've seen. I've supported her from the beginning and I love to see her opening up as an artist.
I just don't understand why people judge her. These r her feelings and emotions and nothing for you to tamper with. Just coz they broke up doesn't mean they hate each other.

You can tell on how she answers. You can tell that she is still hurting at this moment during the interview. I can actually feel that because ive been hurt before and when someone asks you about him you cant help but just say what is safe to say even if you wanna tell everybody how you've been hurt by that person.
