"Ladies, and gentlemen, boys & girls" Love it. Nut case, hilarious. Would love to try this product someday, actually I will be purchasing that product all the time, being a big guy. Thank you for a great journey.
14:10 It is clear from this meal box that a former CEO of KLM is now at the helm of IndiGo 😁 En natuurlijk weer een fantastische en informatieve review, dank weer Alex!
6E recently entered into a partnership with MH. And with the stretch product seems enticing, a game changer for both sides, definitely a win-win for the Malaysia - India market.
The exits are the same on the A320 as on the Neo, so making one type saves money and hassle, as they can be used for either plane. But good observation!
Hey hope you’re keeping well? And nice to see the inside product of Indigo new A321Neo. I do like the colour scheme and the product itself looks nice fresh and welcoming. That’s pretty decent for a domestic flight looks comfy. And wow the New Delhi domestic terminal looks super nice and yes agreed lots of windows to plane spot is a must😍. Fantastic as always happy holidays 😊😎🎅
Paul! I find myself in the Netherlands, visiting Oma with my son. There are a lot of KLM touches at IndiGo, as you might know their CEO used to be with KLM.. From one blue airline to the next! And you got to experience a veggie meal this time 😎 Thanks for texting, happy holidays to you and yours too!
@ yes that sounds about right as the lovely shades of blue was similar to KLM. Oh well enjoy your time in the Netherlands which is a country I love. Thank you and Merry Christmas and of look forward to more fantastic episodes. 😊👋👍🎅
Very nice flight report my friend.this strech cabin on this Indigo NEO sure is something else compared to other so called business class on 3-3 configuration leaving the middle seats free and don't really worth the money. But for this one I would pay for that seat upgrade.Greetings from Athens
@TheLayoverAviation appreciate that focus! Haha it's just that I'm someone who loves to 'watch' UA-cam on the go, so it's easier to hear than to read captions. Nevertheless, great content from your side!
I like such videos. Informative and without voice covers and all those "yakitiyaks" and blah-blah. I enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you you for uploading. Hope to see more. Muchas gracias!! 🙏🙏
When i saw indigo on thumbnail i was hoping it might be a somewhere to hyderabad flight . But it wasnt . No prblem bro i watched the whole video as always and liked it . Try hyderabad once
Nice video Alex. It is so happy to have you on indigo stretch class. It is the best class with free meals. Super Nice video.👍😁🎉❤️. Please upload air India express from Jeddah to Hyderabad with Eric please.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤. Please give reply. It has been literally almost 1 month please give reply fast I’m waiting for it.😊
Hey buddy thank you for a great video as always and eye opener how is easy its passing through the old International airport less crowded - love the new IndiGo business but IFE now an integral part of air travel
Amazing video; excited for indigo to see all its upcoming progress, new 777(s), and many more. Market in india a bit different now that vistara is gone. Mainly AI and indigo. Smaller ones like akasa, also interesting. Excited to see how the aviation industry in india develops in coming years
6E Stretch is pretty refreshing but is more like premium economy. Indigo def provides extra for business passengers witout overdoing it and exploding its cost structure. Do you think this cabin would be a success on long haul on the A350s? Thanks for the video, buddy!
I think indigo definitely made the right choice of the seat, instead of going for a full blown business product they made a more sensible product suitable for the Indian market. It shows how much better Indigo is at judging the Indian market than vistara.
What date did you film, do you remember how much you pay to fly Indigo to Mumbai, does it include seat selection for free or a fee, is the luggage policy strict, did you take taxi or your friend pick you up at the airport to send you to the hotel and enjoy your trip to Mumbai, even though it's chaotic in the afternoon?
The difference between a full-service carrier and Indigo in India is only a warm (possibly edible) meal. Everything else is absolutely the same anyway... But yeah, it doese seem like IndiGo is moving towards a full service carrier just as Air India (rightly in the interests of profitability) is cutting down on its insane offerings (like a 30 kg baggage allowance on a domestic flight and ridiculously large leg room).
Pretty much all airlines are now cashing on premium products as the demand is bigger than ever. Everyone is upgrading their cabins and IndiGo had to join the party
I hope it doesn't, as it is a great budget carrier and there isn't that much premium demand in India for multiple full service carriers. Moreover, with the stretch cabin class I don't see anything missing from a full service experience. Their planning is clear, deploying stretch only on metro and international routes.
Great video! The IndiGo Stretch seats are good but the meal is mediocre, to say the best. You can get a hot meal even in Economy in Air India. Even if they do not install ovens, IndiGo should give more cold meal options, if not onboard then atleast for prebooking (they have a good system (though paid) for economy). Also, DEL T1 is quite good but BOM really needs a new airport. In the last few years, all my flights out of BOM have been delayed due to planes sitting on the tarmac because of "Air Traffic Congestion". What are we getting for the next video?
You’re right about the prebooking system. About the ovens, they’re really heavy and require higher fuel burn. And the logistics for the catering are much higher, so the low cost model would not really work. It comes at a price that many are not willing to pay for IndiGo. It’s still way cheaper than Air India, so I think it was quite ok. In Europe I also expect a cold snack on short flights, so I liked it. Next video is my last flight on the Vistara B787-9 😜
Look, to be honest, space is what I value whenever I’m in India. It’s crowded in most places so the plane became a place where to be alone. So for me yes, it’s worth after a long day of work
It took me very long to practice the night shots. Like you they’re likely horrible. It was actually a young girl that saw me struggling and told me “hold the phone vertically, focus it, lock it and then turn it horizontally”. Worked for me 90% of the time.
03:12 - Those planes are from defunct GoAir, yet to e returned to lessors, as well as those from other airlines grounded due to P&W Engine issues. They are not new by any means.
@TheLayoverAviation ahh right, you can come on tourist visit maybe one day its pretty cool area like mix of rural and urban both and, calm too so maybe if you wana freshen up your mind someday you can visit.
India's aviation infrastructure is groaning under excess demand, can't expand fast enough. Exactly the opposite in China where you see empty terminals.
@TheLayoverAviation yeah they have reduced the number of grounded planes now, this issue is making indigo wet lease planes like the 737M from Qatar and 777 from Turkish
Indigo should had given personal IFE screens because they plan to use it on long international ones. BTW, always love my home airport to be featured :)
Indigo should pull a JetBlue once they receive the a350s and compete with air india in all classes (would be kind of funny because they are both named after blue)
Delhi t1 is going under refurbishment. And along with that it also encountered one accident in june or july i guess (mainly in the rainy season) so it's going to take some time to be world class... Hope they do it quickly..
As always my friend, TOP video! and congratulations for 58k subs! I'm really proud of you!😊 Kingfisher, hearing this name after 7 years, looks like Air Indigo made from my perspective a great business class product😊 As you wrote under my latest comment I wrote you an email Take care and see you soon!😊
A Layover Aviation video flying into my home city! What a treat!
Wow!
yeah, here I am again 😃
Well, Nothing great since it's Mumbai.
My condolences.
His attention to detail is absolutely insane
Could be done better but I just don’t like editing 🤣
Wonderful trip and detailed report..
@16:21 Madhuram banquet halls & lawns..what an observation 😅
I had to figure out on google maps who was the guilty one! haha It was so bright!
THIS IS THE BEST UA-camR EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE!
THANKS FOR FLYING INDIGO!
r u makin a new intro????
W vid
Thanks!! Such kind words. Hope you enjoyed the video.
Each video already has an intro, just different every video 😜
Best aviation you Tuber.....i love to watch you..keep doing nice reviews.
"Ladies, and gentlemen, boys & girls" Love it. Nut case, hilarious. Would love to try this product someday, actually I will be purchasing that product all the time, being a big guy. Thank you for a great journey.
Specially if you’re a big guy this is great, not too overpriced and yet you’re not that tight like in the back.
@ agreed
Its more of a Premium economy rather than a business class in 2024 !
It's a budget airline, not a flagship airline. Business class means different for the two categories.
They never called it buisness bro its just named as stretch
18:23 Air India One in the background
True!
Jesus loves uu!! Evil eyes can't protect only God can
7:57 wow the boarding process just so quick!
17:40 Love That you pointed that out!, Yet another great video, Big fan 👍
My life is a lie. I thought cockpit doors were soundproof..?
14:10 It is clear from this meal box that a former CEO of KLM is now at the helm of IndiGo 😁
En natuurlijk weer een fantastische en informatieve review, dank weer Alex!
Ik dacht precies hetzelfde! Volgens mij was de verpakking en design 100% zijn “idee”.
Bedankt voor het kijken Maarten! ❤️ 🇳🇱
@ no worries mate, ben fan 😁👍🏼
Yes almost an exact replica of the KLM Euro-Biz class meal box, which ironically is more appropriate in an Indigo setting
@@sgpropertyblog8756 😁 it is indeed!
What a peaceful and soothing video...whenever your vids come by , I get excited !!!😇
And much more yet to come!
IndiGo joined the premium cabin club, so nice!
Always had pleasant flights with 6E....and I really miss Kingfisher❤
Hands down the best trip-reporter on youtube, your videos are the perfect balance of detail and entertainment :) loved the video as always!
Super kind words, thanks a lot!!!
6E recently entered into a partnership with MH. And with the stretch product seems enticing, a game changer for both sides, definitely a win-win for the Malaysia - India market.
I didn’t know that.. I’ll read a bit about their new partnership now!
6:51 First cameo of IndiGo using neo on their safety card. Usually would say only, Airbus a320 safety card even on the a320neo.
The exits are the same on the A320 as on the Neo, so making one type saves money and hassle, as they can be used for either plane.
But good observation!
India By IndiGo✈️💙
😎
Welcome to India 🎉🎉
Indigo seem to be going the jet blue way... Good on them
so it seems! There is money to be made in the premium cabins.
hey there welcome from mumbai i am truly addicted to your trip reports keep making them :D
Many more coming up! Greetings back from Dubai 👋

That snack box is very nice... all branded... and the presentation... A+
Very nice design indeed!

Wonderful video, keep up the good work. It’s a treat to watch you fly.❤

Nice job of doing a review on their latest product. It is good to know about this.
Thanks my friend, always nice to try something new :)
New pier at t1 is excellent, earlier terminal 1 was so boring
you doing a great thing.. I enjoy watching your vlogs ❤️.. best wishes- from Nashik 💀😂🙈
good video as usual glad to see indigo improve over the years
Still my go-to aviation reviewer out there! Lovely video.
Probably a weird request for me, it'd be great if you could do voiceovers too :)
I could.. But there are already voice over channels, or people who show their faces. I want to make it about the planes and sounds
@TheLayoverAviation appreciate that focus! Haha it's just that I'm someone who loves to 'watch' UA-cam on the go, so it's easier to hear than to read captions.

Glad you like this format!
Food packaging and presentation are really good.
What a beautiful video mate! Liked!
Great video! Do visit ahmedabad sometime 😀
0:35 butter!
Very much so!
How much did this cost?
Nice video btw❤
12:17 is that the seat for cabin crew on the left kinda weird I guess .
You should fly Finnair to new delihi it's a great flight or air France nice video btw
I’m flying Finnair tonight but from Dubai.. We’re visiting Lapland 😃
interesting....worth a try....thanks again for the amazing virtual tour brother......cheers
That “Nut case” in the meal box looks really cool. Love the branding at Indigo! 😃
Super cool branding! Very smart
Wow, that is so cool to see the new Indigo business class and the airport terminal.
I didn’t even know there was a new termina, it was all a coincidence!
2:31 Bengaluru T2 would like to have a word about the best looking one
When i saw indigo on thumbnail i was hoping it might be a somewhere to hyderabad flight . But it wasnt . No prblem bro i watched the whole video as always and liked it . Try hyderabad once
I was in Hyderabad last week for work! But IndiGo only flies Stretch between Mumbai and Delhi, so I couldn’t book it to HYD.
Yep, that's a good product. Thanks for the video!
It has been literally almost 1 month please give reply fast I’m waiting for it.😊
Watching from Mauritius😍
You’re the second one 👏
So nice to have a world wide audience ❤️
Wow!nice vid
Love it ❤❤❤
Five star coverage
Hey buddy thank you for a great video as always and eye opener how is easy its passing through the old International airport less crowded - love the new IndiGo business but IFE now an integral part of air travel
It would be nice indeed to have some streaming at least. Luckily I came prepared 💪
Any less crowds over there I appreciate 🙏
Have a nice one Saud!

Great video! I love the new T1 at Delhi, and i was looking forward to seeings someone travel indigostretch. God bless you, Jesus loves you!
Here you go; you got what you asked for 😉
I heard that Emirates got its first A350 and they're gonna start commercial operations on 3rd Jan 2025. Will you be making a video about it???
of course!!!
Nice Seats.Great Video And Info
6E Stretch is pretty refreshing but is more like premium economy. Indigo def provides extra for business passengers witout overdoing it and exploding its cost structure. Do you think this cabin would be a success on long haul on the A350s? Thanks for the video, buddy!
Hoping to see you do a travelogue on Mangalore Airport 💯
I hope so too!
My favourite airline reviewer is back!
I’ve been around!
I think indigo definitely made the right choice of the seat, instead of going for a full blown business product they made a more sensible product suitable for the Indian market. It shows how much better Indigo is at judging the Indian market than vistara.
Very Nice love your work, Just Curious how do u know flight destination/arrival which you show in captions like " Indigo A320 to Mumbai"?
Flightradar24, it shows where the nearby planes are going.
Yep!
A good video, but where was the takeoff and landing font on the video info?
Nice 👍
How was the food Alex? I got it so cold :(
It was cold indeed, but it was tasty! I have never been a fan of paneer but this was I ate.
Was the delay of 30 minutes for business class as well?
Unfortunately yes
Why did you skip the intro music,I love it very much, pls bring it back
Silly copyright issues..
@TheLayoverAviation so sad 😭😭😭

How did you know that those spicejet flights were parked since april ?
Checked the registration out
Have a feeling IndiGo might turn into a full service carrier.... Hopefully, it does!
The difference between a full-service carrier and Indigo in India is only a warm (possibly edible) meal. Everything else is absolutely the same anyway... you said it beats many of the western carriers. Can you give me examples of such?
T1 reminds me of HKG airport. So modern and beautiful.
Yes, but nobody can beat all the nice restaurants in Hong Kong ❤️
Agreed Hong Kong has incredible cuisine.
Great vid btw
would love to see flights from blr!
It will eventually come.. But not in the next month

hey mate, what kinda camera do you use?
An old iPhone13 Pro Max!
Great video! The IndiGo Stretch seats are good but the meal is mediocre, to say the best. You can get a hot meal even in Economy in Air India. It’s still way cheaper than Air India, so I think it was quite ok. In Europe I also expect a cold snack on short flights, so I liked it.
Next video is my last flight on the Vistara B787-9 😜
How much more does Stretch cost compared to Economy?
Did it feel like worth 3x the cost? Especially when you don't have the option of choosing a meal?
Look, to be honest, space is what I value whenever I’m in India. It’s crowded in most places so the plane became a place where to be alone. So for me yes, it’s worth after a long day of work
does anyone noticed air india one in the back at 3:27
Do you have enough space between yourself and your PED when the person in front of you reclines their seat?
yes, but my tablet was too big and fell, so I used my table. It’s better designed for phones and smaller tablets.
Which camera did you use? I have iPhone 15 pro max but I am not able to get great night videos. Any suggestions for me?
It took me very long to practice the night shots. Like you they’re likely horrible.
It was actually a young girl that saw me struggling and told me “hold the phone vertically, focus it, lock it and then turn it horizontally”.
Worked for me 90% of the time.
Hey man! Just curious, what do you do for a living? I would love to live this life one day.
03:12 - Those planes are from defunct GoAir, yet to e returned to lessors, as well as those from other airlines grounded due to P&W Engine issues. They are not new by any means.
That’s a plane spotters type of terminal
Yes, wherever you look! Perfect ❤️
consider sometimes comming to the north east side like Guwahati or Dibrugarh? And nice vid as always!
Yes, but Stretch doesn’t operate there. Neither does my job require me to go there..
Exactly the opposite in China where you see empty terminals.
well china does have the world's best HSR network and a very crowded airspace so it's not surprising
Airlines in China are still dumping fares though.
@03:03 the planes were previously grounded due to P&W engine issues but then the GoFirst declared bankruptcy and shut down the operations.
Yeah but there are many other airlines too! And I’m sure many planes want to fly those new NEO’s but they’re in no good condition.
Who knows, perhaps they will stream content in the near future
Time for IndiGo to stretch into the European market
Let’s see! I guess they will over the next few years.
Indigo should pull a JetBlue once they receive the a350s and compete with air india in all classes (would be kind of funny because they are both named after blue)
I was wondering… what Treat for crews means… Do you give it to cabin crew or pilots?
I give it to the cabin crew and they can share it with the pilots, if they want..
@@TheLayoverAviation That’s a really nice gesture from you.
Delhi t1 is going under refurbishment. And along with that it also encountered one accident in june or july i guess (mainly in the rainy season) so it's going to take some time to be world class... Hope they do it quickly..
Yes, hope they finish soon and open the food court. It was boring to wait that long for my flight.
I am surprised priority baggage is not included in Stretch
I wondered too..
I see the Dutch CEO of Indigo has brought his Business Class mealbox idea from KLM with him !
I was thinking exactly the same! Even the box has similar design, with windmills and Dutch stuff replaced by Indian stuff!
"nut case" 🤔🤫😄😁🤣😂
Loved the box!
BOM is an one runway airport, so the new airport is much-needed.
True! So busy.. Our delay was purely due to Mumbai restrictions
They seem to have changed their boarding music, I have no idea if it is their custom boarding music or an existing song.
It was very classy at times.
As always my friend, TOP video! and congratulations for 58k subs! I'm really proud of you!😊
Kingfisher, hearing this name after 7 years, looks like Air Indigo made from my perspective a great business class product😊
As you wrote under my latest comment I wrote you an email
Take care and see you soon!😊
@Layover Aviation Where are your Intro 's ....kindly add ....missing them🥹
Many miss them, but a company was claiming weekly copyrights to that song, which wasn’t theirs, but would still require me to do lots of paperwork.
HEYY IM BACK🎉🎉🎉
