I think whether you're a sissy or someone who is into CD, or possibly trans, none of it matters or should matter to anyone else. So long as you're happy, that's what matters. If surgery makes you happy, or you don't want to go that far, it's fine in my eyes. I wouldn't want anyone to rush into surgery because all operations have risks, of course. But the only opinion on that which matters is your doctors!
