My advice to Erica is to leave and never look back, I remember how cold, mean and dismissive Safaree was towards her, this was just an act coz of the backlash he was getting and it was messing with his bag. I sort of shed a tear during this scene. Imma explain why. By watching this video I truly got to see how easy it is to be sucked back into a narcissist’s trap. This is how they keep you in and hooked. I’ve gone through this so many times and this is also why my outlook on women who have been in domestic violence relationships has changed in a major way. I have so much more compassion, empathy and love for women who been through that more than I did before. Before I couldn’t understand it or understand why they went back to their abuser but now… now I see why.. I went back to my abusers (yes plural) time and time again because they did ths.. apologized and my abuse was never violence but it was constant verbal abuse, manipulation, psychological, emotional and mental abuse. Everytime my abuser did this I was sucked back in just that easy because at the end of the day (before I broke free of this stronghold) I felt I had to prove I was worthy of love and kindness, I had to work hard for it and hold on and make it work and make the other person see that I really did care by fighting for love aka “proving” I was worthy . It was so easy to keep getting sucked back in and going back to my abuser. Now that I have started my spiritual and healing and journey and looking into therapy I see these patterns stem from my traumatic and abusive childhood and not being loved and made feel worthy and so while I’m healing these toxic patterns are coming to light and my third eye is being open and so many great revelations I’m getting and so many things I’m healing from and also learning about myself. I said all that to say while I would truly like to believe safari is really sorry his actions are going to have to match his words and in this instance I could really for once surprisingly put myself in Erica’s shoes because in a way safari is showing narcissistic behavior. This isn’t his first time apologizing to her in front of the whole world only to go back and fuck up and hurt her again. I’m not saying she don’t love herself cause I don’t know her but I know when I didn’t love myself or thought I didnt deserve better I kept going back to my abuser/narcissist because it felt good and FAMILIAR AND COMFORTABLE at the time as bizarre as that sounds … it’s hard to explain. I hope Erica makes the right decision for her mental health, her sanity, her children, but more importantly for herself. Sending love and light genuinely and sincerely to all the women who have been apart of this type of abuse. It’s not easy . It’s not easy to get out, leave and stay gone and even if you mess up and go back … be kind to yourself.. give yourself grace .. some of us have abandonment issues to work on as that could be apart of it as well. None of us are perfect but we are all worth love and I still have to keep reinforcing and telling myself I’m worthy of love even when I don’t feel it because of how damaged and broken and traumatized I am but I’m worthy of the blessing and the things that will come on the other side of me working on myself and really going deep and healing those deep rooted parts of me and my subconscious minds. Ladies you’re worth it. To the woman reading this I love you and you’re not alone.

Reading this almost made me cry bc it took me back to the time I was dealing with my BD who constantly hurt me over & over & over without an ounce of care. He didn't care that his WORDS/ACTIONS were HURTFUL; didn't care about the tears he saw me shed on numerous occasions bc of his ACTIONS. I could tell you some situations that would have you like WHAT. Like they say We ALL have a STORY; WOMEN especially. I was deeply DEPRESSED behind the pain he caused me, even thought about committing SUICIDE especially after he had the audacity to tell me he he REGRET having a child with me. I knew the best thing 4 me 2 do was 2 leave him alone but it was easier SAID than DONE & he not only KNEW it but also PLAYED on it bc he knew how hard it was 4 me to walk away. He knew how much I loved/cared about him. He kept taking advantage of ME & taking me 4 GRANTED. He just figured he could continue 2 do WHATEVER, HOWEVER, WHENEVER bc he knew how hard it was 4 me to leave him alone. The last straw came from him DIS-RESPECTING me once again through his ACTIONS & I just said to myself, "that's it, enough is enough, I'm DONE" & I put him out my house for the FINAL time & I've NEVER looked back. It was very HARD 4 me 2 do & I went through the DEPRESSION stage; cried almost EVERYDAY after the fact, but even though I was in so much pain from having to finally set him FREE as well as MYSELF, I knew I'd much rather experience the pain I was in WITHOUT him than the pain I was in WITH him. I had 2 REMIND myself that I DESERVE better & I can DO better. I still LOVE him & MISS what we use to have, but that's about it. I don't miss the LYING, CHEATING, VERBAL ABUSE, PHYSICAL ABUSE, or ANYTHING along those lines. I have 2 keep in mind that NONE of that is WORTH going back to no matter how much I still LOVE/CARE 4 him. I just Thank God 4 the STRENGTH he gave me to be able to FINALLY let go once & for all bc I definitely couldn't have done it on my own. I encourage ANY woman who's going through something similar, to LET GO & LET GOD. It'll definitely be DIFFICULT but at the same time, the HURT/PAIN will only CONTINUE if you DON'T no matter how many times he tells you it WON'T & if you have a DAUGHTER(S) then you really have 2 set a good example 4 them bc they not only watch what we DO but they also watch what we ACCEPT/TOLERATE & they're going to grow up thinking its ok 4 them to be treated the SAME way 4 a MAN if not WORSE so we as WOMEN really need 2 be MINDFUL of that. I have seen this (and experienced it) before and as terrible as it is for the children, these two are better apart in my opinion. I feel sorry for Erica. I didn’t have children with my ex partner and so it was easier to walk away.
Me too and tbh at first I had no sympathy for Erica but now I do because this is what raw and real narcissistic abuse feels and looks like and it will have and keep such a strong grip and hold on you and it’s hard to breaks away and you can see it. She has acted terribly in the past, but she had a very messed up childhood. Not saying that Safaree didn’t (I don’t know about his childhood), but out of the two, he puts her through lots of hurt. Just as he can sense that she’s progressing with her healing, he’s back again to try and negatively impact that. More apologies to make her think that he has somehow miraculously changed. Very dangerous territory. She will waste her life on him if she’s not careful.
@@laurens4479 yessss I’m so glad you mentioned this because I’m sort of scared of the slippery slope myself with me doing my soul and healing work and progressing cause it’s like men particularly narcissistic men .. it’s like they got some kind of radars or antennas that go off when they sense they are no longer in our vortex of our mind and thoughts and have progressed and moved on then boom 💥 out of no where here they come like pop goes the damn weasel and shit lol 😂 but I have made a vow and a promise to always remind myself of the trauma hurt and pain they have caused me if they ever (which some have already) try to come back around besides I believe in rebirth and this new woman that is being born and shedding old things and people that no longer serve her it wouldn’t be the same and I wouldn’t want to be around or go back to anyone who brought out the worst in me but also try to test me or bring out the old me . I now walk into situations designed to serve me and my highest good. I learned the hard way to stop looking and going back to what’s familiar cause it ain’t shit back there but rejection, hurt and trauma . If I go back it would be like a junkie who just went through rehab and then go back and get back on drugs after being in rehab 6 months to a year .. all that work for nothing. 🤷🏾♀️
@@Mindful.Movement.01 Speaking from experience, I would advise against going back. I was with my ex for 12 years in total and we split up for two years once and then got back together. Worse mistake I made. He became emotionally abusive towards me and it was a horrendous time. After him I had a break from dating for about four years and the next person I attracted was an even bigger narcissist than him. I would concentrate on your healing journey and really spend some time soul searching and working on any issues you might have from childhood. If you need to heal your physical body, I recommend the full body detox from Highfrequenctea. I have dealt with health ailments since being around narcissists (this seems to be a common theme) and this detox is helping to heal me. A narcissist pretty much never changes. You’re better off staying far away from them and taking a break from men to concentrate on your healing. You will then naturally attract the right person for you.
Erica has done some messed up stuff to people as well but she doesn’t deserve this pain. No women does at all and we gotta always remember we are worth more than we know. I think it was bad timing for them to do the show more her. She showing so many different emotions that I’m sure now she is still trying to heal from her marriage. Women that been through this can see the extra drama is hurting her she don’t need to deal with that now especially on a show some things can be fixed behind closed doors if it’s truly meant.

People are imperfect and we are bound to make mistakes, but if during a period of separation, the other person feels the need to be intimate with other people, the love and the respect was never there and that's your confirmation to walk away. I’ve been married for 18 years and if God us to live to see this May of 2022 it’ll be 19 yrs. no marriage is easy it’s about what you put into the time, effort, communication, romance, the lessons and the Blessings, we have 3 Beautiful Children we never separated, we’ve had our share of ups and downs because we were both young when we got married he was 20 and I was 24 but it’s a life long of lessons you’re going have bumps and bruises along the way but you both have to remain focused, Faithful, date each other, listen to each other and come to a common ground and understanding, I wish them both the best.

Marriages and relationships consist and work with a lot of forgiveness. We grew old together and happily married with a deep love that grows through the years until he passed 5 yrs ago.

Speaking from personal experience, a sincere apology, acknowledging the wrongs they've done, from the person you loved the most and who hurt you the most, is a bittersweet feeling. I know from my experience, I was shocked, and happy, thankful, and sad all at the same time.

I've been with my wife for more than 10 years and we share a 12 year old boy. We have the best relationship because of the strong communication we have when things are hard and seem to be heading to a fallout. I as the man always makes sure that my wife is completely sure that we are ready to talk and sort things out. That's what keeps us moving so very strong. I think they need to hold off on the divorce and give him a chance for his actions to match his words. That doesn't mean moving back in together or being together that means still being separated, however holding off on the divorce to see if he's actually serious because he might be but that's going to take time. I feel they both can grow and make it work but like I said it takes time but it would be very beneficial for the children if their marriage could work out happily, healthily and positively.
