if you can play kenshin's passive skill which is like freezing the screen you can play on all kinds of difficulties, really love this character, my favorite 🐐
to be honest, Oichi is also greatly buffed since Basara 3. with the right skill mixups, only few can land hits on her(except when the enemy is using basara art). but i agree, without slowing time, Kenshin would still be very powerful
